chapter twelve: the man and his child

(Before we start, im getting very uncreative with the chapter names hhhhh XD)
Dave's POV:
Me and bambi were going home when we say a kid that looked alot like Tristan running, they seemed to be running from someone, then we saw it. . .it was the man that had tried to kidnap my son, and he was chasing that poor boy, we then heard him say "GET BACK HERE BRAT!" The child responded with "IM SORRY PAPA PLEASE DONT HIT ME AGAIN! I WONT DO IT AGAIN PLEASE!" So that was his child, really doesn't look like it, did he kidnap-. That child- i don't even want to know, maybe I can help that kid whenever the man gives up "hey bambi hold on." Bambi looked at me confused but stopped aswell, the man soon stopped saying "WHEN YOU GET HOME THATS GONNA BE 4 EXTRA PUNISHMENTS FOR YOU NAUGHTY BOY!" the man then left, I wheeled over to the child who was terrified and I calmly picked them up "P-PLEASE DONT HURT ME!" I carefully patted the young child "dont worry. Your safe now. He won't hurt you anymore." I said in a calm voice
Bambi's POV:
Dave just picked up this random child and started to treat them as if they were his own "dav-this isn't ur son-" dave looked back at me a "I really don't give a fuck" expression and said "okay and? He could be if he wanted to be-" I stared in shock at that sentence, he was willing to take in ANOTHER child if they so wanted to, hm. The child looked up at dave then looked at me "is he ur brother-??" The kid asked dave "i- no. Hes uh- a very very VERY close friend-" dave said "then-, if you that close- r u dating?" Dave's face just went pale "uhhhhh-." Dave didn't know what to say so I butted in and said "yuh-" dave started at me with a "wait really.?" Expression and I nodded, and he smiled, one of those things that warm my cold dead ass heart, dave then picked me up aswell and wheeled off to his house, dave was clearly struggling to I leaped off(and almost got crushed by the wheelchair) and started to push it, cause apparently for a tiny ass man monster wolf lookin thing like me, im pretty strong, so thats interesting, we soon arrived and I got dave and the young child inside, dave set the kid on the couch and went to make food, so I sat next to the kid and looked at them "so whats your name?" The kid looked at me "christan." I nodded "christan. Interesting name." "Thanks." "Your welcome, how old are you?" ". Eleven-" I stared "your a year older then Dave's son, very interesting" I then turned on some TV, and it was on some discovery Channel talking about snakes,polar bears bears,lizards,chameleons,ect ect, and he seemed to like it so I left it on that and we watched that for a few hours while dave was cooking
