Chapter 24

A week later...

Saint went to Mean's house to have a drink.They haven't seen each other for awhile now.

"Have you found a job yet?",Mean ask as he pass the bottle of beer to Saint.
"No.Not yet.I've been looking tho.But still,no luck.",Saint replied as he gulp down his beer.

"Don't worry.Maybe one of those companies will call you soon.You still got a job in the club.Aren't they paying you good enough?",Mean was curious coz his boyfriend,Plan,gets a lot of tips from the club aside from his salary.

"Well,it's more than enough to be honest.But,I want to quit.Perth and my family doesn't know about me being a drag queen.",Saint worried too much about how Perth and his family would feel if they find out.

"Hey!Don't be too hard on yourself.Your family has accepted your relationship with Perth and I think they can understand why you have to do that.It's not like you committed a crime that you have to feel ashamed of what you did.",more than anything Mean understand that Saint needed him at times like this.

"But,how about Perth?Do you think..do you think he will not leave me when he finds out?",Saint wasn't sure how will Perth take it.

"If he truly loves you,he will understand your reasons.But if not,maybe you should just think of him as part of your wonderful past.",then Mean starts to giggle.

"Asshole!You're not really helping,do you know that?Are you still my friend or not?",Saint looking at Mean with fierce eyes.

"Can't you take a joke?Chillax,Saint.That Perth guy is head over heels in love with you.So he will accept you for everything you are.",Mean said with all honesty remembering how possessive his bestfriend's boyfriend was.

Saint just sigh.And gulp the remaining beer.He hope that everything will be okay.But first,he hope to find a job soon.His bills are piling up.The remaining hospital balance of his Mae,the monthly theraphy that his Mae has to go through and Pree's tuition fee.He has to be strong for them.Luckily,he has Mean and of course,Perth his ever loving boyfriend.Speaking of  Perth,he missed him so damn much.Tho they keep on calling and texting each other every now and then.It's different when they see each other in person.

PERTH POV

It's been more than a week that I haven't seen my boyfriend.I was kinda busy with all the stuff in our family's company.Don't get me misunderstood,but I won't become a CEO overnight.I have to work my ass hard to get my way to the top tho.

I don't wanna hear people gossip about me being the heir that's why I got the highest position in our company.I want them to look at me with respect and dignity.

So here I am looking through all these paperworks in front of me.Wondering when will they ever stop giving me all these reports I have to check again and again.Then,I look at my watch.Oh my!It's past five already.I promised to meet up with Saint in their noodle house.And have a sleepover later.Tomorrow's a weekend and my dayoff,so you know we can sleep til whenever we want.You know what I mean..😉

After driving through the traffic finally I am in front of my ever so gorgeous boyfriend.And he is all smile looking at me.But,I just gave him a frown in return..
