The Bosu push-up alternating toe taps is a beginner level coreconditioning exercise that targets the abs and obliques.
BosuThe BOSU balance trainer stands for "Both Sides Utilized" and is most often used for balance training, various athletic drills andaerobic activities

Step 1

Start in a solid push-up position on top of the Bosu.

Step 2

Keep your back flat and your shoulders over your hands as you alternate between toe touches.

Step 3

Complete the recommended number of reps or specified amount of time.
