The walkout pylon touch is a beginner level core exercise. This is an excellent warm-up exercise and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Step 1
Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart and your hands at your side.
Step 2
Bend forward at the hip and stretch your hamstrings and your reach down towards the ground. Walk out into a push-up position and touch each of the pylons.
Step 3
Walk back up to the starting position, stand up tall and repeat.
