When she woke up after what seemed like forever, she found herself staring at the ceiling of a place before realizing that she was back in the base and her body was covered with bandages. She sat up slowly and hissed as pain shot up from her arm. She will definitely be stuck in bed for a while. She grunted slightly as this caught Ratchet's attention and realized that she was awake and approached her.

"Easy there. You're safe." Ratchet told her as she just sat down against the bed she was on as she glanced at him. She was still feeling bitter from earlier but a familiar face made her feel relieved.

"Right now this is the last place where I would want to be." Emily grunted as her leg was a little sore.

"I understand..." Ratchet sighed as he knew that she was still mad and upset from earlier but what she said next made him double take.

"But I'm glad I'm back. Thanks for saving me back there." Emily said with a small smile as he couldn't help but smile back. At least she was feeling better.

"Yeah, well, one of these days you'll face something bigger than you." Ratchet scolded her playfully as she let out a small laugh.

"Until that day comes, I'm good." Emily said. It was good to see that he was okay.

"Is she awake?" Arcee asked Ratchet from her spot with the others.

She hears Emily speaking and goes over to them to see if she is awake. She saw that she was and was relieved. They had called June from the hospital to help get Emily patched up after the battle and they all waited for her to wake up as Ratchet made sure that he kept an eye on her vitals.

"Emily. Oh, thank the Allspark you're okay." Arcee smiled happily in relief as she smiled back.

The other Autobots along with Jack, Miko and Raf went to check to see how she's doing as they bombarded her with questions and telling her how worried they were as Bolty went up to her and made a worried chirp as she rubbed his little white head.

"Emily, you're okay." Jack gave her a side hug as she winced slightly but pats his back.

"Alright." Miko offered a fist bump which she did and bumps their fists together.

"We were so worried about you." Raf sniffed and it looked like he had been crying for an hour earlier.

"How are you feeling?" Jack asked as Emily gave him a look as if saying 'You're not the one who's banged up and on the bed'.

"Are you hurt?" Miko asked as Emily laughed nervously.

"Do you need something?" Raf asked before June stopped them and pry them off Emily since she was feeling overwhelmed with the questions.

"Calm down, you guys. Give her some space." June said as she came in before walking over to where Emily is to check on her condition. She still can't believe that Emily was able to sustain these injuries from a fight let alone against a Decepticon.

"You okay? Got any headache?" June asked as Emily winced when she felt one coming and held her head.

"Just a bit." Emily groans slightly.

"You'll feel better in no time." June smiled softly at her as Emily smiled slightly after her headache went away.

"Doing okay, kid?" The other human in the group surprised Emily as she looked at him as Agent Fowler came in.
