SAKURA
"Yuki, truth or dare?" Miss Sherry asked Yuki– one of their batch mate, and she looks awfully familiar, I just don't know why.
We're now playing truth or dare under the night skies while having our s'mores and bonfire. We've been playing this game for about five minutes or so after we ate our dinner. Just like Miss Sherry said, we are gathered, so here we are.
"Dare!" Yuki enthusiastically answered. Sherry smiled and nodded. Sherry chose truth earlier when it was her turn. She was the fourth one to play.
"Anyone has a good idea for a dare?" she asked, throwing glances at each one of us. No one answered so she continued to speak. "Hmm, okay. Yuki, please stand up." she said and gestured her hand up.
Yuki curiously followed her command.
"Walk towards someone you like, anyone present here. Stand behind them, tap his left shoulder. After you've done it, you can take a seat and say a few words for him. Don't worry, everyone will close their eyes so only you and him will know. Understand?" she said and we all nodded. No wonder she's the Student Council President, she's very nice and considerate of each student.
"One the count of three, every one will close their eyes and well count one to ten to give Yuki time to approach him." She smiled. "One, two three. Now, has everyone closed their eyes." We all answered yes and we started counting one to ten.
"...six, seven,..." I counted when I felt some tapped my shoulder. I opened my eyes and saw Yuki smiling shyly at me. Oh My Gosh. I blinked my eyes a couple of times out of shock...what just happened? She went back to her seat and I immediately closed my eyes.
"Already done?" I heard Sherry's voice, snapping me back to reality. I glanced at Yuki and smiling, she nodded. I sighed What in the world? I asked myself confused.
"Now, tell him a few words before we continue. No, it's her Miss President . I said to myself. She's been saying him the moment she started giving the command, but all this time, its a her! I'm a girl, am I? She likes me, right?
I opened my water bottle and drank water out of...I don't know what I'm actually feeling. I don't know what to feel and what to do! She's a girl! And did she really just confessed? I don't know what to do! I gulped.
" Uhm." Yuki cleared her throat, I glanced at her and I saw her glanced at me too. I drank the remaining water I had and tried to maintain a straight face.
"This is embarrassing, but here we go." she said and let out a breath loudly. "...Um, you probably don't have any idea who I am, so I'll introduce myself. I'm Yuki Miyamoto and I'm in my fourth year. Um, ho!" she said and laughed a bit.
" I saw you first when you we're walking in the hallway..."
Wait, what she's saying is familiar. I think I heard it somewhere. I stared at the fire and tried to remember when was the time I heard it and who said it.
"...that was first day of school. I saw you walking alone, trying to find your room. I don't know if you remember me but you asked me where your room was..." I looked up to her upon hearing that.
Really...? I asked myself. Yeah, I think that explains why her face looks familiar.
"You looked really cute that time. Ever since then, I often see you walk in that same hallway infront of our classroom, on the exact time each day." she laughed.
How can she remember such detail? I mean, even I don't have any idea about that.
" I often see you in your class since I often go to one of the room nearby. It may sound creepy but I really don't mean harm. I just found you admirable and I hope we can be friends." she smiled. Well I think having another friend won't do me any harm, but...oho nevermind.
