"Let go of me Dazai!" Atsushi begs"nope~! If I let you two go,you two will fight each other. Won't you?" Atsushi's eyes widened"n-no but-!" Out of the two being held by Dazai,Akutagawa was the calmest. "Please don't resist to much Atsushi,the wound on my abdomen might reopen..."Atsushi's eyes narrow as he glances to the boy in black"but why do we need Akutagawa for the plan to save the Director?!" Atsushi was not pleased with having to be with Akutagawa and it was obvious. "Well I have a plan for you two. You're going to infiltrate the enemy's hideout. The hideout is an abandoned mine,it goes on for miles. And it's probably filled with sensors and traps to stop intruders. The highest priority is catching the virus ability user because if he isn't stopped,the Directors will die. The leader is Fyodor Dostoyevsky." "But Akutagawa hates me a lot so I don't see how this mission will work." Atsushi admits as Dazai hums"what do you think?" He asks glancing at the boy in black. "I will carry out the plan." He states. "It's been four years since you've worked under my direct command,hasn't it? Perhaps you can show me how much you've improved?" Dazai smirks. "Yes."

"You're Akutagawa...right?"

"Yes."

"You're going to join me in fighting,right?"

"Yes."

"What did you have for dinner last night?"

"Yes."

"We're here." Kunikida says grabbing our attention. Dazai lets go of the two boys as they rush to the front to look out the truck window. "So many guards." Atsushi admits. "They're all wearing wireless communication gear so all sounds will be picked up. What's worse is that the guards' vital signs are being sent back to headquarters every minute. So anything abnormal will alert the enemy and they'll escape. The body temperature detector must be to counter Tanizaki's ability." While Dazai was explaining,Akutagawa backed away from them and stepped out of the truck. "Weretiger,you only need to remember two things. If you're slow,I'll leave you behind. If you get in my way,I'll kill you. Got it?" That's when he activated his ability and he is lifted up into the sky. He jumps onto the mines top before glancing back at Atsushi. He then reactivates his ability and slices a circle into the top of it. He creates an opening and then jumps down. Once doing so,you can faintly see him behind the guards. "Seems like you've been left behind." Dazai hums.

"You better get going Atsushi." I tell him as he nods and gets out of the truck. "Wait Atsushi,how will you-"that's when his legs turn into tiger legs and he quickly dashes into the mine. "Well,that certainly works." I say as I watched the two vanish deeper into the mine. "Well,we can't lose to them can we?" Dazai smirks.

"So,we need to get into contact with the others right?" I asked"yep. We need to find Dostoyevsky as well. That's our top priority." Dazai says as he backs away from Kunikida and I and goes back to the back of the truck. "I'm going to get in touch with Tanizaki. He's keeping tabs on the exits of the mine." He says as he sits down on the floor and brings his laptop into his lap. He begins to type on it"Y/N,would you be a dear and tell Kunikida to start heading towards the exits of the mine?" I nod and make my way back towards the front of the truck. "Hey,he needs you to head towards the mines exits." Kunikida nods and begins to drive towards it. As Dazai types away on his computer I pull out my phone and quickly text Ranpo:

"Y/N." Dazai starts as I look up from my phone"I...apologize for how I acted at the cafe the other day." My eyes widened"wait,you're actually apologizing?!" He nods,his eyes still on his computer. "I didn't realize how uncomfortable I made you. But can I still have your autograph?" "Annnnd there it is." I sighed out as I put my phone into my pocket. "Dazai...you understand that nobody was meant to see that picture right?" He nods"when someone asks you to stop,they mean it." He stays silent before speaking up"Tanizaki-"he suddenly says changing the subject. "Do you see anyone escaping near the abandoned mine?" "Well I'm looking from above,yet I see nobody." Dazai nods"the Agency and Port Mafia keep watch over the city,so that guy had to seclude himself in this hideout. The golden chance that Natsume gave us,we can't let that go to waste."

"D-Dazai,there's a car coming out of the Northern side of the old mine!" Tanizaki reports as Kenji speaks up. "It's not just one but two...no three!" Tanizaki goes next"they're definitely using vehicles to escape. Let the ground forces know right away so we can't let them-" "ignore them. They're only decoys." "But the real one...how do you know they're decoys?" "Because if it were me,that's what I'd do." "Alright...we'll continue to keep watch then." Kenji speaks up to report a covered truck had been found on the west side,though Dazai said to ignore it as well. Tanizaki reported guards with a hooded figure on the southeast side,Dazai told them to ignore it. "This is the capture of a demon. We can't waste a single troop. Ignore it."

A few minutes later Tanizaki reported a unknown helicopter from the east. "Let's call in the military for support. With their tech we c-"Dazai interrupted the ginger"Tanizaki,are there any people above ground now?" "There's one. A single person. They're near the foot of the mountain,it looks like a hiker. They're wearing a sun hat,so I can't see they're face." "Looks to be casually walking west." Kenji admits as Dazai sternly states that that is who we are looking for. "Everyone head for that mountain climber at top speed! Mori's troops head out to!"

However once we arrived to the unknown hiker,we learned that it was not actually Dostoyevsky.
