vienna von hagen and artem wing, the most imperfect but perfect future couple to exist. it had been wednesday when they hung out and the days had passed right on by, making it early on saturday morning. vienna and eloise rushed around their studio together to get things perfect. taylor swifts voice echoed through the studio once more as the two best friends danced in the middle of the room together.

"ok... we need to turn the music down at least. people will be dropping their kids of soon." vienna laughed as she turned the volume down so it could still barely be heard.

the second it was down, a woman opened the door with her two children hanging onto her hands. the second the little boy and girl saw eloise and vienna they ran to them.

"im sorry about them." the lady apologized as she put a cheque down on the counter.

they waved to her as she left and some more kids came. soon, someone unexpected walked through the door and laid eyes on vienna surrounded by happy children. she was always good with kids, no matter the situation.

"oh-! artem!" vienna gasped as artem walked through the door.

"i thought i said 5?"

"you did, i just wanted to see how you do this first." he told her as she sent the children back to the lesson room.

eloise looked at the two of them and winked at her friend before running along with the kids.

"you look tired." he chuckled and she stepped forwards.

she dropped her head onto his chest as she exhaled deeply, his arms wrapping around her. it was surprising how close they had already gotten and it was almost scary. he stroked her back as her body relaxed under his touch.

"you ok?" he whispered as they heard the children cheering in the nearby room.

"im great." her arms wrapped under his and her hands rested on his shoulders.

he put his chin on her head and let her pull away from him after a minute, dragging him to the busy room.

"you'll be my demonstration for today." vienna dragged him infront of the rows of canvases.

the children looked up to see him with confusion filling their expressions. one raised their hands and was called on quickly.

"is that your boyfriend?" the girl asked.

they looked at eachother and eloise held back her laughter as they shook their heads.

"no, we're just friends. right?" vienna looked at artem and he agreed.

he introduced himself to the children and they all seemed to like him but still seemed to hope they were dating. because they hadnt started painting yet, vienna hadnt put on her apron quite yet. artem realized she was wearing his jacket from those nights before and he smiled.

"what are you smiling a- oh." she looked down and noticed the jacket.

she had been wearing it everywhere and her perfume had began to transfer into it. she took it off and gave it to him, artem slipping it on quickly and smiling.

"do you like it?" he asked blankly.

"yeah, why?"

"i might leave a little bit early today.. or just after this lesson." she didnt catch onto what he was saying so she nodded.

they put on the aprons and they began instructing the children on how to paint something basic like a dog. the steps slowly got into more and more detail though. along the way, the girls had been telling artem what to do and having him completely butcher it so he would be an example of what not to do.
