some time had passed since their first date and they had a few more through the weeks. not much had happened other than eloise trying to bring vienna and marius closer. vienna found herself on artems doorstep every night after having some sort of thing happen to her. it was the same that night too.

"can i come in?" vienna asked with a sad tone.

artem nodded and moved aside for the girl to walk in, closing it behind her. he walked her over to the newly lit fireplace and sat down on the couch with her. she laid her head on his chest as she got ready for a rant.

"eloise made me go with marius again today." that was never a good start.

she continued on with what had happened that made the day shitty although alot of it actually sounded quite good. after she was done with her half hour long vent he told her of his day. his hands stroked her back and she listened to the stories he had collected that day. after a few minutes vienna sat up and plopped herself onto his lap.

"hey uh.. vi?"

she looked at him and raised her eyebrows to show she was listening. his heart sped up and his hands rested on her hips. the nervousness in his voice made her heart speed up as well, the beat matching with his.

"i didnt plan to do it like this but uh.." he inhaled deeply and closed his eyes.

vienna cupped his face in her hands and made the blue eyed boy look up at her. they looked at eachother like how couples did in movies and they seemed to fall for eachother even harder each time.

"will you be my girlfriend?" they were words neither of them had heard in years.

a large grin appeared on her face and she kissed him quickly, answering his question with just the action. her fingers curled around his tie as she pulled on it to deepen the kiss. he melted into her touch as he had never really experienced anything like this before.

"are you alright?" vienna asked once she pulled away.

he was a bright red and his bright blue eyes were wide from shock. he nodded and she laughed at the way he seemed to shake a little bit whole doing so.

"you're cute like this." vienna teased.

he shifted under her and she dropped her head into the crook of his neck. the heat coming from the fire warmed her neck as she breathed in his scent. his larger hands rubbed her back and held her close, never wanting to let go.

"you cant leave now, you know that right?" artem whispered.

she smiled and picked her head up to look at him. vienna just nodded and he furrowed his eyebrows.

"you promise?" he asked with a blush returning.

he looked away and she brought his face back to face hers.

"i promise." her eyes searched his.

the night had just barely started and lots had happened. or at least enough seemed to have already happened. she grabbed back onto his tie and pulled him into another kiss. artem was caught off guard by the sudden neediness in her movement and just the way she kissed him. he moaned into her mouth and a small smile formed on her lips. she pulled away from him and he looked up at her with nearly closed eyes.

"you ok?" her hand touched his chin gently.

he nodded and she kissed the top of his head. artem melted into the girls touch and put his arms around her waist.
