important meetings

it was a big day for the von hagen siblings in stellis. they were the only ones who knew of the trip that vienna would be going on. she had spent the past while searching for her older brother, needing to know what happened to him. what if she found him now?
"vienna, you alright?" marius asked as they sat at the table.
they waited for 'C' to arrive and tell them the plan. though most times she did prefer to wear suits to more formal occasions, she wore a tight black dress.
"of course."
her leg bounced under the table as she tried to remain calm. her little brother looked at her again and sighed, not wanting to stress her out with anything. her phone was pulled out and she texted artem.

her phone shut off and she received nothing but disappointment from the texts. the door opened and a man walked in, a C on his nametag. he sat opposite to vienna, marius in the middle as the two others were at the ends of the table.
the man looked at vienna with a hard expression, showing absolutely no emotion as all of hers showed. the bold lipstick that coated her lips seemed to show her emotions somehow.
"ms von hagen, you do understand no one but your brother may know of the investigation, correct?" c asked.
"of course." she threw her feelings out and went back to normal.
marius looked over at his sister and she just nodded, telling him it was fine.
"youre alright with traveling to a pretty remote place? you will have no way to contact anyone at all unless its to us."
"yes."
"youre alright with being there for an unknown amount of time as well? it could take many months or more."
she felt sick as her stomach seemed to do flips, her heart aching at the same time. the only thing she could think of as she answered 'yes' to the rest of the questions was artem. vienna loved him more than she loved herself.
"you are dating artem wing, correct?"
"correct."
"you know that you will have to lose connection with him, right? there will be no way to talk with him there and you cant tell him anything of the plans."
