A whole week went by as they chased Jasper around Europe. The first stop was Mullinger. By the time they arrived, he had apparently been spotted in Barcelona. They flew there next, but the same thing happened when they landed there. They headed to Geneva. They spent two days there, hunting for any clues of his presence. Unfortunately, they came up empty. He was spotted in Cannes last and that's where their current hotel is.

Dominic went home on the SIA jet and Ashton picked him up. He was teary-eyed as he welcomed back his best mate. Ashton drove him to SIA headquarters where he was checked out by their medical team. It was some of the best care in the world and due to the case circumstances, he wouldn't have to pay a dime.

The SIA also issued a statement and claimed him as an undercover agent to explain his faked death. Since he has crucial knowledge of Jasper and the case, he could be a liability. Because of this, they made him sign a non-disclosure agreement. Dominic and Ashton are currently under witness protection at an undisclosed location until the case is finished.

Alaina, Matt and Irelin were doing recon in the city, hoping to spot any of Jasper's known associates and follow them to his hideout. Alaina was sitting at a bistro table, eating a cannoli while Matt pretended to read the paper. Irelin was ordering a tea.

"Puis-je avoir un thé vert, s'il vous plaît?" Irelin asked. (Can I have a green tea, please?)

"D'accord. C'est tout?" the guy at the stall responded. (Okay. Is that all?)

"Ouais. Merci." Irelin thanked. (Yeah. Thank you.)

It was a few moments when Irelin returned to the table.

     "Anything yet?" Irelin asked.

     "No."

"Hold. Irelin, three o'clock." Matt spoke barely audible.

Irelin heard him and turned to talk to Alaina.

"I got a green tea. Wanna try it?" Irelin asked, making conversation as she looked through her sunglasses towards the gentlemen headed towards them. Her sunglasses were equipped with facial recognition so as she took in each face, the glasses registered into the system and reported back to Paul Anderson. Anderson texted Alaina with names and confirmed that the men were known associates of Jasper's. They made arrangements to follow them and hope they would lead them to Jasper.

It was about an hour later and they were still waiting on the men to come out of the shops.

"Do you really think they are going to make it that easy?" Matt questioned.

"We've been just as careful as him. He shouldn't know we are here." Alaina reasoned.

"But he knows we are after him. He could assume we would be trying to look for him." Matt continued.

"He probably thinks he's been smarter with his travel and remained undetected." Irelin noted.

"Let's hope." Matt muttered. "Because here they come."

The men came out of the shops, carrying a few bags. Alaina was able to snap a few pics before they were concealed by a black SUV with tinted windows. They were already in the car ready to follow them when they pulled out of the parking lot and onto the main road.

It was a twenty minute drive before the truck turned onto a side road. It was a winding road that had lots of greenery and trees to conceal them, making it hard to follow at a safe distance and still keep eyes on the SUV. It took a sharp right and hid in the bushes. Matt didn't notice and drove past them. The trees finally opened up and revealed a big mansion.
