They were surrounded. Trapped in the old chapel in New Orleans. A large group of warlocks and witches standing behind Merlin who smirked down at the sight of the young tribrid who was on her knees, trapped by a spell of the warlock.
Klaus and the rest of the Mikaelson's along with Camille and Hailey and Marcel, were behind her, chained to the wall, also spelled to stay put. Blood and dirt stained their clothes from the fighting a couple of minutes prior.
"Now, let's continue shall we little one?" Merlin announced as he circled around her and sent a menacing glance at the parents who were glaring down at him and struggling to get rid of the chains around them.
"I told you! I don't have the power you want!" Hope yelled before her face was gripped by him, making her stare up at him.
"You're a tribrid. You're the final link that I need to have the power I need. No matter how I have to get it from you" he hissed as he let go of her face harshly, pushing it to the side.
"Don't do this Merlin! I'll kill you with my bare hands if you lay a hand on her!" Hailey yelled pulling on the chains, eyes gold from using her strength. Klaus did the same, yelling profanities and threats at the warlock who flipped through a grimoire.
Before he can chant the spell, there was a loud thud coming from the entrance, catching his attention, and looking at the figure that fed on the person blocking the door. Dropping them to the floor, before looking up at the warlock who stood shocked.
"I-I killed you" he stuttered looking at the body, now dead on the floor. His right-hand man.
