John was taken to the hospital, when Elena had an encounter with a vampire and called Stefan to Come over because Jeremy had vampire blood in his system
Jeremy was disappointed to hear that he didn't turn making Stefan talk some sense into him.
Stefan told Elena that she should go to the hospital with her sister and check up on the rest.
Lily and Bonnie were at the rushing down the hospital halls when they saw Matt sitting down on a chair
"Matt" Lily called out making him turn and look that them
"How's Caroline?" Bonnie said
"She's not good, bon." He said shaking his head
"What happened?" Lily asked
"We were driving and Tyler heard this noise and he got—" Matt explained making her furrow her brows as she looked at Bonnie
"A Noise?" Bonnie questioned
" he got like this migraine or something and he lost control of the car, and I thought Caroline was fine and then—and then she wasn't so.." Matt struggled to answer
"Matt" Lily quietly said as she saw tears in his eyes, pulling him into a hug

Lily told Bonnie that Elena was coming, so they separated from Matt and walked down another hallway
"Bonnie, lily" Elena called out as she walked toward them. "How's Caroline?"
"She's weak. They don't know if she's going to make it" Bonnie said looking at Elena
"What?" Elena sighed out as she got pulled into a hug by Bonnie
Lily stood next to Bonnie as she felt a presence, making her turn her head and see Damon in the corner.
"Is there something that you can do? Like a spell or something?" Elena said looking at the witches
"She doesn't know how. Do you?" Damon expressed as he made his presence known, looking at Bonnie
"No I don't, but Lily probably can" Bonnie said looking at her
"I can help her heal, stop the internal bleeding but it can take a while" She said
"How long?" Elena said
"Like 15-20 minutes" She stated
"If I do it with you will it speed it up?" Bonnie said making Lily look at her
"Bonnie this spell is complicated, it takes time to learn it" she said making Bonnie sigh out
"Yeah, it took Emily years to learn a spell like that." Damon said looking at Bonnie
