Eliza and Felix

Chapter 9

At school I tried not to think about that dream that I had of Felix. It was different then every dream I've ever had before. Luckily I didn't take the bus with Bella today and my mother dropped me off. Bella would have noticed something is wrong with me. I continued walking the long way to class so I didn't have to see Bella. I took my eyes off the ground to look at the trees to see if there's any flowers on them yet, but there wasn't instead I see Felix running towards me. "Eliza good morning why are you here isn't your class over there in that building." He says as he points at the C building. I felt my face turn red and took the sleeves of my hoodie and covered my tomato face. I nodded and started walking away to get to my class. "Eliza are you ok you don't seem like your feeling to well your face looks like you might have a fever." He's hand slowly reaches for my forehead, yet I feel myself burning up due to how close he is. "Eliza you don't seem to have a fever so what's wrong."  "Nothings wrong  you're just really c-close." "Oh I'm sorry I didn't know I was that close." His face turns a little pink. It's kinda cute that his face turned pink. Ughhh why can't I just kiss his pink little cheeks. I have no memory of me going to my classes but for some reason I remember when someone stole my phone and I was out of breath and when everyone saw my curve on my back. They looked shocked to see that I have a curve. Felix seemed worried. I got my phone from jay and went up to Felix to see panic in his eyes. He started rambling about it and saying that he knows that I will be in really bad pain. I put my hands on his face to calm him down and it worked. He looks like he was about to cry. "Felix I'm fine that's not till many years from now so please breath." "Yea I'm sorry I just really care about you." Wait did he say that he cares about me. F-Felix cares about me. My face turns a little red. One of his hands go up to mine and he holds it there and holds my hand for a while. My stomach turns into many knots and it feels great to have him hold me like that. "Felix do you mind hanging out with me around five at the park by the ice cream shop?" I say with my face being red. "Yea sure why not." "Great it's a date!" Wait did I really just say that. His face turns pink and it's just so cute. I remove my hand from his and jump back. "Wait I didn't mean it like that I mean like great we get to hang out and all you know." "Oh yea of course, I understand." He looked a little nervous when I said it would be a date. I wish it would be one. But honestly it's really soon to tell if he likes me. "Felix how about we make is a ummm date." It was hard to tell him looking at him so I looked down, and hoped he would say yes. A few seconds passed and I felt like he would say no. I look into his eyes and he's face was a lovely shade of pink. "H-hey it's ok if you wanna say no, I don't mind." He finally breathes. "But what if I want to say yes." I look at him with happiness in my eyes " I'm joking." He said that so nervously and it's kinda cute. "Don't worry so was I" we laughed but it kinda hurt. "So after school RIGHT we'll just meet me at the yellow bench that's there." I nodded and ran to Bella as he stayed with a group of his friends. "Bella!" I yell while looking at her. "Bella imma hang out with Felix after school!" I practically screamed. She looked at me with the urge to strangle me. "Bella if this is about taking the bus by yourself I'm sorry, but I finally won't be lonely." She took one look at me and got up from where she was sitting and started running at me chasing me around the school. I ran all the way to Henry and had him hide me. Bella kept going all the way around the school as I hid. Bella went back to ivy and didn't come back. "Thank you Henry." I say while smiling at him. I sat with him for the rest of lunch and decide to tell him. "Henry imma be hanging out with Felix after school today, and I don't know what to wear Or what to say or do." "Eliza do you have the blue dress that i got you a few months ago, the one with the long sleeves but it's like see through and it was just really nice." "Do you mean the cold shoulder denim midi A-line dress?" He looks at me with confusing eyes. "Lucuna dress." I say. "Yes that one, you should wear that one. With those shoes your mom got you for your birthday." I nodded and noticed that the Bella was about to ring. "Henry come on we have to get to class." Remove myself from the corner I was hiding in and run up the stairs and hurry to my class.
