A few hours go by after Natalie left the group of three alone and Caroline decides to voice a thought that's been rolling around in her mind since lunch.

"Who are you people?" she asked rapidly.

RJ simply smiled at the unpowered teen and said, "We are just people who fight for the light."

Caroline just looked more confused. Jayden sighed and looked at his classmate.

"According to RJ there is a metaphysical scale that when it tips to one side then the balance of the universe is shaken and it takes time to return it to normal," Jayden explained. "RJ here is right when he says that we fight for the light."

"Then what about the dark?" Caroline asks. "If you guys are the light then who is the dark?"

RJ's eyes darken at the thought of his old friend.

"A man known as Purgatory," the old Elemental replied. "His abilities relate to dark energies. These energies help make up the universe on a completely different plain of existence."

"How do you know this?" Jayden asks.

RJ sighs.

"I'll tell you when we get back home," RJ said.

"Do you know how people got powers in the first place?" Caroline suddenly asked.

RJ frowned in thought. Theories popped into his head about that. But even he, in all his years, couldn't find an answer to that single impossibly hard question: How did the Elitists come about?

"I... I do not know," RJ answered honestly.

Caroline and Jayden both looked at one another in disbelief. In his time of being trained by the old man, Jayden has always known the old man to have the answers to his questions.

A thought then came to Jayden. His sister.

"Hey RJ, what are we going to do about Nat?" he asked his teacher.

"Leave her to me Jayden," RJ told him. "I have my ways of contacting her and as of now, it's best not to know about them. I will, however, inform you of what was discussed. You have my word."

Jayden nodded and walked away from RJ not noticing the thinning of RJ's lips as a frown formed on his face.

After leaving the group of three, Natalie ran into the hotel room her cousins paid for and sent a message to her partner as she was typing it out on her phone, she said it aloud, "RJ definitely knows. Be careful. He wants to speak with me. Follow my phone signal and stay out of sight and be careful."

Upon sending the message she got a reply immediately and she nodded to herself upon seeing it.

A few hours later Natalie found herself in the middle of a warehouse.

"I'm here RJ!" She announced as she looked around at her surroundings. "What do you want to talk about?"

"I want to know why the Ravagers are here in Europe when they tend to stay away from Council infected areas," RJ stated, his voice echoing throughout the warehouse.

"The General wants to give Draego and Storm Wraith some gifts so they can stay in contact with each other," Natalie quickly told him. She didn't know why but her instincts were warning her that he was very dangerous. Far more than the General. "He also wants us to report to him about anything unusual."

'Where are you?' the teen thought as she looked around her. 'What's your angle and how do you know of the Ravagers?'

"Anything else?" RJ asked.
