"Yeah so just go through customs and all that then they'll escort you to the jet from there" Hayden explained to me as I curled the ends of my wig
We were currently on FaceTime just checking in with each other, him and his friends were already on their way to the airport. Our flight was at 2pm so me and Vanessa had more than enough time to get there since it was only 10.
"Cool" I responded as I focused on achieving my desired look
"Let me see your pretty face"
"No, you can see it when you see me" I laughed
"I wanna see it now though"
"And I said no Hayden"
"You're jarring" He kissed his teeth "But listen yeah I'll see you in a bit, I'm going under the tunnel so the calls gonna cut"
"Alright bye" I said in a cheerful tone before he hung up
I decided not to wear makeup for the flight since I was probably gonna sleep due to the flight being 12 hours long. Fortunately my lash tech managed to fit me for an emergency infill so I didn't look too bad.
"What you gonna wear?" Vanessa asked as she busted into my room half naked
"I'm not gonna lie I'm going in pyjamas"
"Huh?" She gave me a look " Are you mad? The people are gonna be looking at you crazy on the flight"
"You must've not got the memo" I laughed "We're flying private baby, Slaughter don't do commercial flights"
"NO" She gasped "YOU'RE LYING SYDNEY?"
"I'm not"
"Oh my days we made it out the hood bitch" she said before screaming "For as long as we live we can't let these niggas go, I'm gonna trap Merkz with a baby, are you mad?"
"Are you on crack?" I laughed "You and me both know you ain't ready for no damn baby"
"I've changed my mind I'm ready to have one, like right now"
"Yeah and when you wanna go out, who's gonna be looking after your child? Cause it won't be me" I told her
"All of a sudden I don't want a baby no more" she sighed "But anyways I'm wearing pyjamas too then, we can twin"
"You're literally my mini me " I joked
"Get a grip" she rolled her eyes "What time we leaving?"
"I'm gonna order a cab at like 12:30" I said as I pulled out a satin black pyjama 3 piece set that the both of us had ordered from fashion nova
"Cool let me put my pyjamas on too then" She said as she left my room
By the time we'd both finished getting ready to go almost an hour had flown by, time always seemed to slip from between my fingers when I had somewhere to go
"Hurry up Vanessa the Uber's downstairs and we're running late" I said as I slipped my feet into my black UGG slippers
"I'm coming man" she responded as she rushed to the hallway dragging her suitcase behind her.
Once we left the house I double locked the door behind us since we were both going to be away for a while.
"Nah this suitcase is so heavy man" Vanessa complained as she trailed behind me
