Dr. Paige enters the room, dabbing a small white towel on the side of her head where the stitches are. Her workers watch her as she stands at the end of the long, clear table. She clears her throat before speaking, "Well, I think it's safe to say, the Maze Trials were a complete success. I wasn't expecting so many survivors, but the more the merrier. Both Thomas and Mavis continue to surprise and impress, and for now they have seemed to have taken the bait, yet Richard Evans wasn't part of the plan, and he, too, was taken for it.

"It's too soon to say, but they, especially Mavis, could be the key to everything. Mavis will soon learn that her family were given a gift since the dawn of time. But, let's move forward. They all will be showered and rested before it all begins.

"It's time now to begin
Phase Two." The people murmur to one another, agreeing with their boss. Dr. Paige's lips tug into a smirk. She would do anything to see Mavis try to survive the second time, along with her lover,
Mr. Newton, and her father.

But patience is a virtue.
