13. Need Him

NATE'S POV

I felt it. I felt that pain. She was in pain.

As I was running up the stairs, my wolf was coming out wanting to be with his mate but knew I needed to keep him down as Jess has not seen me yet in that form and I do not want to scare her one bit.

But at this moment, this felt bad.

Getting to the room, I kicked down the door. There was silence.

I couldn't hear nor smell her.

Please no.

"Jess!"

Calling her name, I began looking all around the room, tearing it apart. Under the bed, outside in the balcony, in the closet, bathroom. Where was she?

I just stopped, she was in danger, hurt I just know it.

I looked towards Jason as he ran inside the room looking around.

"Shit...she is.."  he strutted as he held something up. There he had a note.

"She's gone."

I didn't believe it. Grabbing the note, I read.

'I am sorry. I can't do this. I tried my best to stay..'

Before I could even finish it, crumbling it up and threw it down. Heading straight down to take care of business.

JESSICA'S POV

Darkness, once again darkness.

The pain in my head was out of control. I felt like I was back in my old house.

I didn't want to open my eyes, too scared to even look.

This wasn't my home. This wasn't Nate with me right now.

"Hey princess. You awake?"

I stayed slient, still with my eyes still closed.

"Ah forgot, you dont speak. You deaf too or what?"

Still not opening nor moving, I just sat there still. Hoping this will be over soon.

"Hmm ok well guess time to wake you up."

Suddenly water was thrown on me, making me open my eyes and shocked by the coldness.

"Ah good knew that would work."
He chuckled as I felt him getting closer to me kneeling down.

"Well good to know you are alive that's all that matter right now. Just know he will be here soon until then can't wait to play."

Looking up slowing I watched as he smirked getting up and leaving me in the dark once again.

All I could think about was one person, the one my heart was lounging for right now..
