"Hey!" That was Blue, the third of the star trio. They were one of the most popular groups, if they do something then people would flood after them.

Ink, the second of the trio, slapped hands aggressively with Blue. "Buddy, it's been too long."

"Heh, had a god awful Christmas." Blue huffed, resting an arm around Ink's shoulder. "Could've come to the party with you but my mum said we had to have family Christmas."

Ink laughed, "missed out dude, I had a girl under each arm." He then moved to whisper into Blue's ear, something I couldn't here yet I just wanted to.

Blue looked shocked as Ink stepped away, "send a pic, we've gotta get this out." Blue grinned, taking out a phone.

"Dude no! It has my dick in." Ink yelled back, Blue rolled his eyes.

Blue then laughed, "it's too small to take up much space, no one will even notice. The focus will be on him."

Him? That's quite strange.

Another guy turned up next to them, leaning against the lockers; god, he was so hot. That was the leader of the trio, Dream the prettiest guy in the school, also the richest. He inherited from his mum when she died, now living with his younger sister and unactive (probably non-existent) father.

The only way they haven't been put into a system is Nightmare's impressive skill of Forgery and voice acting. Nightmare is one of my best-friends, we met eachother in first term - same form group - and since then we've just gotten along.

Nightmare is what you call, passive. She never does anything for her own benefit, fears talking out, quiet, let's people just push through. I, as quite a tall strong girl, have to almost protect her. It feels quite nice to be honest.

"Hey! Oh my god, Dream, you were sooo quiet, damn Whatcha do over the holiday?" Ink asked obnoxiously, patting Dream's back aggressively.

I want to do that, I want to touch him and talk to him like that. Though, he looked a little different; his hair! He cut his hair! From that puffy quite fluffy brown to an undercut, it looked nice. He looked more serious though.

"Your mum?" Dream asked, glancing to Ink with a grin. I almost chuckled, but I couldn't, it would be soooo awkward.

Ink laughed, whacking Dream over the head. "Truly."

Dream gave a thoughtful look, "I got my magic?"

That was a serious deal. People get their magic on their 17th birthday (usually, it's between the ages of 12 and 20), there's a lot to make sure of risk assessment and to make sure they have control and learn control. I am already 17, with two powers (hah, it's a pain.) which are small short distance jumps (kind of like teleportation but I have to see it, it's a bit shit but when sat on the couch in a comfortable position and needing to grab a drink it's a life saver) and weapon summoning (only my own weapons or weapons I've touched, so if I can't be bothered to get up for cutlery then voilà, Bon appétit!).
