Simone woke up with sun rays caressing his face, it was a hot July morning, he didn't have any intention of opening his eyes. He felt like he was living in his own personal paradise, for once he was thankful he lived in the middle of nothing, away from the city's mess.

He stretched his arms and hugged the pillow closer to him enjoying the scent of it intoxicating his nostrils. He smiled on it, his eyes still closed. His heart light.
He felt his kisses on his face, from his left eyebrow to his eyes, to his nose, then his cheek, both of them. His lips slowly tracing all his face, to his jaw and neck. Then for a second Manuel paused, just to take the view in. He looked angelic, like god had brought him on earth just for his eyes to see. His skin soft under his lips, and his fingers burning to touch his hair. So he did, he slowly started going through his messy curls and the other mumbled.

"I'm gonna keep kissing you until you wake up" Manuel told him leaving another kiss in his hair, then to his temples and then back to his nose. He loved kissing his nose cause as a response he'd get Simone squinching it. And he did. Manuel resisted the urge to get on top of him and hug him tight all day, but they couldn't. They had decided to go to the beach that day and soon Dante was gonna come knocking to warn them to be quick.

"You're gonna have to keep kissing me forever I guess cause I'm not waking up" Simone said with his eyes still closed. He knew they couldn't stay in but his bed and Manuel right next to him felt so good that he was actually thinking of ditching his father. Even though seeing Manuel half naked all day with water dripping down his hair was very tempting.

"I'm gonna keep kissing you for the rest of my life, but you know that we have to go too" Manuel said.
For the rest of my life kept repeating in Simone's brain and made him open his eyes. He looked right through his boyfriends and fell even more in love with him if that was possible. He was staying. Forever. And the thought did nothing but fill his heart with love. He brought a hand to his cheek and enjoyed the view. He was the most handsome man he'd ever lied eyes on. Every little detail of his face, the way his little wrinkles showed up on the sides of his mouth while laughing, the way his eyes smiled too each time. He knew everything of him. He had his every movement and expression imprinted in his brain.

"For the rest of your life is a long time" Simone said playing with his curls.
It had taken them a while to get together, so he had been struggling for the first months to really believe Manuel wasn't gonna leave him anymore. But now he had no doubt, he had no doubt cause his eyes don't know how to lie. They never did. Manuel smiled at him and kissed his hand that was still on his cheek.

"Forever" Manuel said. And he meant it, he knew it was real cause he felt his heart explode in his chest and he wished Simone could feel it somehow. So he took the hand that he had on his cheek and brought it to his naked chest.
"It's a forever thing" he repeated. He saw Simone's eyes sparkle in that special way they always did when something that made him happy happened. Simone did the same thing, he took his hand and brought it over to his chest. His heart was being loud on his chest, beating fast, and the fact that it was all for him drove Manuel insane. He was so in love he wouldn't even know how to explain it.

"I love you" Manuel said, almost a whisper but Simone heard all of it.
"I love you too" Simone added.

And Manuel kissed him, kissed him like he was gonna do everyday of his life.
