CHAPTER 24

My phone suddenly rings in the middle of preparing my make up for my date tonight.

"Hello big sis." I answered.

"Hello little sis. How are you?" Alice asked.

"I'm fine Alice. How about you? I hope you're having fun right now."

"I'm at home, and so bored. I wish you were here. Please work here instead. I promise I won't be as hard as our brother." She chuckles.

"Lol, I told you to find my soon to be brother in law already. You're the only one who's not in a relationship ye.."

I stopped when I realized what my big mouth told my sister. The fuck!

"What? What do you mean by that rosé? Do you have a boyfriend?? Oh my gosh!"

"I mean, next to Jimin. You're not in a relationship yet sis. And you're now 26 hehe." Me and my big mouth! damn it!

"Actually, I went out on a date weeks ago. But I didn't like that asshole." She said.

Phew! I thought she well interrogate again.

I went to the restaurant where me and jk decided to go.

I saw him waiting for me at the table he reserved for the both of us.

He got out of his chair and went closer to me and kissed me on the lips.
He lets me sit first, before he sat Infront of me.

"How are you baby?" He asked.

"I'm fine. A little bit stressed but it's fine."

"Your brother is giving you a hard time at work huh?" He chuckles.

"Nope. I'm the one who's working non stop. He always tells me that i'm so stubborn for working so much." I said.

We were suddenly interrupted by the waiter.

We gave our orders and talked again.

"How about you babe? How's work?" I asked.

"Stressful. But now that I'm with you, it all faded." He smirks.

"You and your flowery words again Mr. Jeon." I laughed.

"You know how much I missed you baby. I always tell you that." He said.

"I know. But we're both busy. Especially you. Your company is really busy these days."

"How I wish I can visit you in your company. I want to see your work place so bad." He said.

"You just want to check if the guys are flirting on me there." I smirked.

"Ofcourse. I have the right though." He said seriously.

We talked and ate dinner peacefully that night.

"Rosé, dad wants you to transfer in an office. He doesn't like you working like you're not one of the daughters owner of this company." Jimin said.

"Jimin i'm fine. I'm enjoying my work right now with our employees." I said.

"And mom doesn't like you over working so much. You know why, right?" He said.

"I know brother. Just please let me work normally like a regular employee. I promise I won't stress myself."

"Fine. But promise me. After this project you'll occupy the office next to mine. I won't let no for an answer." He said with finality.

I nodded in response.

I walked outside his office and went to my table.

Some employees turned their head when they saw me. Especially men.

I was busy working when jk suddenly calls me.

"Good afternoon baby. How's work?" Jk asked.

"Hi babe. Work is fine. I'm currently working with something. But I'm glad you called coz I'm bored."

"Really? Want to catch up later? You want to relax? I'll cook for you tonight." He asked teasingly.

"I know what you're up to. You pervert." I chuckled.

"What? I didn't say anything like that. I just want us to have a dinner and relax a bit."

"Fine. See you later then babe." I said.

"See you later baby. I love you. Please behave. No boys please."

"I love you too. See you later. Bye."

I felt energized after that call from him. Excited for tonight.
