CHAPTER 41

After we ate our lunch, we decided to rest. Especially my friends are very tired from the flight.

Jacob is currently sleeping peacefully. I carefully putted aside his bangs that we're covering his eyes. His hair is long now. He looks exactly like his father more now, with the long hair.

My thoughts went out, when I heard someone knocking on my door.

I was startled when I saw who it was.

"Can we talk now? Where's Jacob?" He asked.

"He's sleeping. Come in." I said while opening the door widely for him.

He walks inside and saw Jacob sleeping.

He went closer and caresses Jacob's face carefully.

"Why?" He asked. Which I don't understand.

"Huh?"

"Why did you lied?" He turns towards me and saw him crying.

"What do you mean jk?" I asked confusedly.

"I was there at the hospital at that time. I was worried sick."

"When I saw your doctor, I grabbed the chance. Because Jimin won't let me in. I asked her what happened, she said that you were pregnant." He said.

"Ofcourse I was." I said.

"You knew how happy I was when I heard about it? I was asking Jimin so bad to see you. But he said no. He was really pissed of me."

I was just staring at him confusedly.

"I was there the whole time. When our friends arrived, I was still there. The girls went inside your room. I was with the boys outside hoping to still see you." He smiled bitterly.

"But my whole world crashed when Jimin told me, that you have a heart disease and we lost our baby. He blamed me, which is ofcourse is my fault I admit it. He said that your life was at risked because of my stupidness." He's now crying Infront of me.

I moved closer and stops Infront of him.

"I was so devastated that time. I blamed myself so much. I almost got kicked out at that hospital because I've gone wild. Jimin and I almost knocked each other out. Good thing our friends was there." He's now covering his face stressfully.

"I'm sorry, I didn't knew that. My brother only told me about you outside the room and I thought you left after knowing that I'm pregnant. That's why I hated you so much. That's why I  moved here." I said.

"No. I was the happiest person when I was told that you were pregnant." He said. He's looking at me again. Those eyes I missed the most.

"I'm sorry, if I hated you and didn't gave you the chance to meet Jacob earlier. I was mad at you. Especially when I saw your ex walking outside your room." I said. My voice is shaking.

"No. I should have contacted you after that. But I was so guilty. You have no idea of how I wanted to asked your brother about you. Because I really wanted to see you but my guilt always had me." He explains.

"Why do you wanted to see me though? What about your girlfriend?" I asked.

"I don't had one after you baby." He replied. My heart's beating so fast right now.

"I don't believe it. You? not having a girlfriend for three years? No way." I hissed. I just realize now, that his arms is holding my waist already.

"I can't replace you anymore baby. You are the only one I've loved these past few years."

I rolled my eyes.

"Wanna bet?" He asked that made me startled.

I was about to answer when suddenly he pulls me and kisses me hungrily.

The kiss got deeper but we stopped when we heard Jacob crying.

"Mama, I had a dream again." He said while rubbing his eyes.

"Really what is it?" I asked. Still guilty of what his father and I did earlier.

He's still didn't noticed jk because he's still sleepy and still rubbing his eyes.

"That my papa is here with us on my birthday." I looked at jk's direction. He's walking towards Jacob.

"Oh, uncle. You're here!" Jacob excitedly said.

Jk's suddenly hugs him that made Jacob surprised.

"Don't worry baby. Papa is here already." He said. I saw Jacob's eyes widened.

"Really uncle? Where is he?" Jacob asks him innocently, but i can clearly see how excited he was when jk told him about that.

I walked towards them and kneels Infront of  them.

"Baby, we wanted to talk to you about your papa. Please promise mama that you won't be angry." I said pleadingly.

Jacob only nodded.

So I look at jk and signals him that he'll let me explain to Jacob first.

"Jacob, remember when I told you that you will meet your papa soon? He's here now." I told him nervously. And my voice is shaking right now. I think I'm gonna cry.

"Yes mama. You promised me. Where is he now? Is he going to attend on my birthday? He asked impatiently.

"Jacob, uncle jk is your papa." I said sternly so my voice won't crack.

He turns to jk's side confused. But his eyes is full of tears already.

"Papa? Papa? Are you my papa?" Jacob's voice cracked.

Jk tightened his hug to Jacob.

"Shhh. I'm sorry baby. If only I knew, It wouldn't have been this way." Jk hugs him tighter and cried.

"Where have you been huh? You hurter mama so bad! You made her cry every night!" He's punching jk right now.

"Baby, please stop. Please stop crying already." I said while rubbing his back.

"But mama, I want to know why he left us." Jacob said.

"I didn't knew baby. I'm so sorry for the years that I wasted just to meet you and see you. I promise we will be together from now on." Jk promised that made my heart hurts more.

Jacob cried more. I'm a crying mess right now. I'll need to talk to my brother too.
