Hermione woke up early next morning in the room she used during her previous stays at the Grimmauld place.
After unloading her essentials from the beaded bag which was lying by her bedside, she took a quick shower and headed towards the living room.
She had no plan for the day... none for the coming month as a matter of fact.
Kreature was tidying up the living room as she approached. she felt a pang of guilt when unlike the old days, the elf didn't unceremoniusly throw insults at her. He didn't even glance her way. Finding the air too tight, she turned on her heels towards the library. Maybe she can find something light to read.

Around 10:00 AM, she was startled out of her stack of books by Harry.
"Hermione! "
Standing still in his pyjamas with his hair sticking out in all directions, he was clearly straight out of bed.
"Morning Harry. "
"Yeah."
"Well."
" Let's have breakfast. "
" Sure. Who cooked? "
" Molly sent it. Said she knew I wasn't taking care of myself. "
" Oh. Do they-"
"Know about you? No. I didn't tell anyone. We can visit them if you'd like. "
"Oh. I don't know what to do. "
" Hmm? "
" I thought I'd spend some months with... With my parents... After I found them... Now... I don't know what to do."
" Hey. It's ok. I don't know anything either. Let's check in with McGonagall after visiting the Weasleys, maybe she'll have something for us. "
" Okay. "

After a brief lunch at the burrow, Harry and Hermione visited McGonagall at hogwarts where she suggested them to take a break before returning for a school year.
They discussed various political issues over afternoon tea, including the trials, the changing laws and upcoming prospects. Their aged yet firm professor expressed her apprehensiveness at some special issues being dealt by the ministry in silence along with the new decrees they're going to implement in Hogwarts as well.
Teddy was discharged late in the evening when both his God father and God mother picked him up leaving Andromeda free for the night.

After watching over him for the night, the duo of best friends decided to dedicate their days before school to Teddy giving time to his grandmother to grieve the family she lost as well.
With Teddy in the scenario, Harry and Hermione took to visiting the muggle London for recreational spots where they could care for Teddy and also have fun, though they had to charm his hair not to change colours just on whim.
Both Harry and Hermione learned a lot from books as well as from watching other people about many ways to care for babies.
Every once in awhile, they'd binge shop for their Godson. Two rooms at Grimmauld were full of things they'd bought for Teddy in one month but no one knew and neither does anyone need to.
The day before they were to depart for Hogwarts, Andromeda took Teddy away with as much toys as she could carry. After a little grumbling, the boy was sleeping in his grandma's arms and she was unable to reprimend the adults for their ridiculous shopping.
Parting with a simple dinner, Harry and Hermione arranged their packed belongings and went to sleep.
