The List.

After explaining about her whereabouts and plans, Hermione and her friends had a tense dinner.

They were to recieve their bonding results just after the meal. Hermione and Ron, being currently unattached didn't have to worry about breaking up just in case. Harry, who was still hoping to rekindle something with Ginny too had much less mental baggage than couples like Neville/Luna and Seamus/dean. The boys were almost resigned to their fate of separation though luna believed everything would be fine.

After the dismissal from headmistress, the forty three students made their way to the antechamber and took their seats. They could already see two scrolls of parchment lying in front of the professor.

" Ahem.

Now that everyone is here. Let's begin.

A couple of new amendments have been added in the introductory list which will be automatically updated in the booklet you were given last time.

Now we have a few triads as well as some same sex pairings. The later are expected to adopt the war orphans or can opt for surrogacy. I expect everyone to remain calm and not cause a scene."

Hearing the latest declaration, Seamus and Dean who were sitting just behind 'the trio' sighed. Maybe all hope wasn't lost just yet.

"Let's begin.

Hannah Abbott and Terry Boot.

If you will please come forward? "

The two students meekly stood from opposite corners of the room and advanced to the teachers' table.

They signed on a parchment, accepted the password and location of their new lodgings and left via back exit.

"Next up.

There was a deafening silence as the ex girlfriend of 'the chosen one' met the dark Slytherin at the teachers' table. They didn't exchange any words before going out of sight. Hermione squeezed Harry's hand in reassurance as he watched his ex girlfriend walk away.

Everyone watched in silence as Seamus practically landed on Dean's lap when the boys tried to embrace each other in relief. They left the chamber after exchanging congratulations, smiles and kisses.

There was a pin drop silence as luna kissed his cheek.

All smiles and happiness, the tall boy picked up his girlfriend and kissed her soundly.
