Next morning.
When Hermione woke up, she was confused. The witch didn't remember going to sleep last night. She'd just showered and was-
*gasp.
When the memories came to her dazed head, she was mortified! This was the second time she'd let the boys do something like that. And she even passed out! That was too much. She needed to be ready enough, not to pass out like that with them.
She had more reading to do even if she wasn't ready to be in the same situation for now.
....... Time skip
Before Hermione realised Christmas was upon them. She spent the last few weeks busy with her school assignments. Harry and Draco got busy with the quidditch matches and were barely able to find some time for each other. The only time they got to really spend together was during their study sessions and in the special class organised by ministry to help the matched pairs, conducted by the ministry appointed personnel. He just gave them some tasks which the three had no difficulty in completing unlike some of their other classmates. Poor Ron.
Hermione had also started assisting Madame Pomfrey during the weekends and quidditch matches.
When the holidays knocked on their door, she wasn't sure what to do. Draco was going home to his mother and had invited both her and Harry but she was reluctant to accept it. Mrs. Weasley had also sent them the invitation for the burrow and she didn't want to go there either even if Harry was already planning what they'd do over break with Ron.
The answer came to her when Madame Pomfrey asked her to attend the winter camp held by the European healer training Institute for students who aspired to join healer training program after school.
It didn't take much to convince Harry and Draco and she was off with her portkey to Paris.
After two weeks of learning about general emergency care, Hermione left the training centre. Since she was legally an adult in both the muggle and wizarding worlds now, she decided to just explore some places she'd never been to before, visited a couple of libraries and enjoyed being free from everyone and everything she knew for a whole week.
When the three weeks were up, she took her portkey back to london.
Apparating directly to Hogsmeade, she knew the Hogwarts express would bring the students back tomorrow so the witch levitated her trunk behind her. She waved at Hagrid from afar as she passed by his hut.
The castle doors were wide open when she entered and saw a couple of students playing exploding snap in the courtyard. She smiled and directly walked to their door.
Hermione gave the password and carefully stepped inside behind her trunk.
The witch frowned when she heard a crash followed by some weird sounds. She soundlessly settled her trunk by the wall and looked around the corner stealthily. She gasped when she made instant eye contact with a bare chested Harry almost sitting on top of Draco. The wizard smirked at her , leaving her speechless. When she came to her senses, she immediately turned around, accidently kicking her trunk.
"Hermione."
She didn't dare turn around.
"Hermione. Come here. Let's talk. "
The witch peeked over her shoulder and saw Harry standing by the sofa, now pulling his tshirt over his head. Draco was still sitting on the sofa.
Since they were both frowning at her, she felt conflicted and walked over to sit in the armchair by the fireplace.
