Scratch is an awesome block-based programming language that anybody can learn in minutes. Scratch is a place where kids can use their imagination to create animation, physics projects, and others and share it with the entire world.

Of course, you need to create an account first to be able to share but without an account, you are still able to save your project to your computer and others!

It comes with its own built-in sound editor and costume editor and you can use extensions to connect to other things to scratch too, for example, lego Ev3 Micro-bit, etc. Now a lot of programming languages already provide this so why does Scratch stand out more?

First, it's much easier to learn. You can just test the blocks and see what it does to the sprite or look at blocks' words to see what they do, for example, the moving block says "Move () steps" which is one of the reasons it's easier to learn better. Also, it has been around for years so It has a big community.

So if you don't know or forgot about something you can search for it and try it out yourself.

Scratch is one of the best block-based programming language ever!
