Quirk: Copy Cat: Kinda like Monoma, she can copy Quirks of others, and they Permanently becomes hers. She cannot copy mutation quirks, but other than that there is no time limit to how long she can use it.

1) She has the setbacks and downside of all the quirks she copies
2) She has to focus on someone and copy it or else it won't fully copy correctly
Background: Aratani's mother died trying to keep her safe, her father was a villain and died while fighting her mother. Her last name was changed when Aizawa took her in. He adopted her at the age of 3 and she grew up with him. She's also his TA and protege. She's been a TA since she graduated early and got her Hero License. Aratani is the "Copy Cat" Hero, Parallel, and although her quirk seems like a villains quirk she only uses it for good.
