Chapter 6

(Aratani's POV)

I was running through the woods for 10 minutes  before I found the girls. "Ladies!" I said. "Aratani. Look out!" Ochaco said. I didn't have time to react before I was nearly stabbed with a knife. Ochaco moved in front of me getting slashed in the process. "What the hell?" I said. "Get behind me girls." I instructed as a blond girl emerges from the shadows. "Well you all are just super cute." She said. She pointed her knife at Ochaco. "Uraraka and Asui." She said. "And you." She pointed to me in the center. "You're the Pro Hero Replica...I was the biggest fan of your father." She said, making me gasp. "Mr. Aizawa?" Tsu asked. "No...My birth father." I said. "You're adopted-" "Not the time Tsu." I whispered. "Who's first?" She asked. Tsu grabbed me and Ochaco, and threw us out of the way.  I rolled and saw the girl pin Tsu. "Ochaco-" "On it!" She said knowing what I was going to say. We both ran at her but I moved out of the way, and Ochaco pinned her down. "Nice one Ochaco!" I said. "Ochaco. Aratani you're both delightful. You...Aratani." The girl said catching my attention. "Your dad, he was such a cool guy. It's a shame he went out the way he did...so much blood and carnage...from both your parents." She said and I froze. "Domino and Elementa...such a cute Romeo and Juliet story." She said. 

      I didn't know if she meant to psych me out but it worked. I sat there thinking about the blood...and carnage from my parents that killed both in the end. "Miss Aratani!" Shoto said shaking me. I blinked. "What happened?" I said. "the girl got away and this magician guy snatched Bakugo and Tokoyami." He said. "Shit. I'm sorry." You guys got a plan to get him?" I asked. "Yes but we need to use your quirk to make it work work." He said. "Okay. Tsu can you throw us, and Aratani I need you to propel us forward at the villain while in the air." Izuku said. I nodded and got on the boys. "Hang on tight." The three of us said. When we got in the air I propelled the bundle towards the group. "Release now Ochaco!" I yelled and she did so making us fall to the ground. We all got up and coughed but something caught my attention. blue flames...I turned my head and saw a masked guy, the Blond girl, and..."You." I said staring at Kaen.

(Dabi's POV)

"You." She said. Aratani...the pro hero replica. I met her eyes, and hers held pain,guilt, and betrayal. "Out of the way Compress." I said lifting my hand. "Got it." He said marbelizing himself. One of the kids, Shoto Todoroki rolled out the way as did Aratani but the other two weren't so lucky. Aratani kicked my arm up and me in the stomach. "You're a villain." she said standing in front of me. Arms by her sides, her eyes welling up with tears. "Yeah." I said. She nodded. "Well...you know what has to be done." She said letting her hands engulf into flames. My flames. "Sorry." She said and began fighting me. I end up getting her to the ground. She smiles sadistically. "It's a shame. You're cute." She said kicking me in the stomach off of her. 

      "Replica...you're right." I said as she made a shield as the flames came down. Everyone even the heroes were giving their all. "I hate to do this to a pretty girl like you." I said and when she looked at me as if to see what I meant she was hit in the back of the head by Magne. "Such a shame, she really is gorgeous." Magne said. "Yeah it sucks." I said. 

(Aratani's POV)

 'Get up! You are not weak, get up!' My brain was screaming to me. I got distracted, but he was a villain! This guy I have been thinking about for days, the stranger who's life I saved...was a villain! "Aratani!" I heard Izuku's voice echo. My eyes cracked...I could feel blood caking in my hair. "M-midoriya?" I whispered. Midoriya helped me up. The villains were gone. Tokoyami was safe but Bakugo was nowhere in sight. "Where is he?" I asked. "They took him." He said. "No...N-no." I said stumbling and falling to my knees. "What's happening?" I asked. I found out it was hard to breathe and Aizawa was the first next to me. "You overdid it. Aratani I told you-" "I-I had to. I wanted to-t-to." I didn't get my last word as my eyes rolled back. The last thing I remember hearing was sirens. 

(Two days) 

Two days, I was out. I woke up and felt someone holding my hand. I looked and Aizawa was sitting next to me holding my hand. "D-Daddy?" I mumbled, groggily. He looked up. "Oh my god." He whispered, I groaned. "Are you crying?" I asked, shocked at him. "What? No!" He said wiping his face. "You overworked your quirk kiddo." He said. "I got that." I said. "You still have a fever, and your body is going to feel sore." He repeated the doctor's message. "However, the doctor said you could be discharged as soon as you woke up." He said. I smiled and looked over at the table. "Mic and Midnight came by while you were still out." He answered. "I'll go to the desk and check you out." He said kissing my forehead and walking out.

         I grabbed the bag of clothes he left me. As I got dressed my mind drifted to Kaen or Dabi, is what he named himself. I sighed. He was a villain...but he was hot. There had to be something, some feeling there. I basically let him take Bakugo. I let him take my student. I love my students, and but I slipped up, let my emotions get the better of me. Still though, villains are just heroes that never got a chance...maybe...just maybe If I were to give him a chance, he could change. Even my biological dad did. "Miss Aratani?" I heard a voice say. I turned, thank god I was dressed. I saw Mina, Tsu, and Ochaco standing in the door. I smiled weakly as they all hugged me. I winced but hugged them back. "Thank god you're awake." Mina said. "How are the other three doing?" I asked them. "Momo's awake, Jiro and Hagakure are still out." Ochaco answered sadly. "And the boys?" "Some injuries were minor. Deku's were the worst but he woke up today. We ran into Mr. Aizawa, and he told us you were awake, we wanted to see how you were doing." Tsu said. I nodded my head. I wasn't okay. "So...that wasn't the...mystery man that you saved right Aratani?" Ochaco  asked. "Who?" I feigned ignorance. My blood had ran cold. "That villain that got you. The one with the blue fire." Tsu elaborated. "Oh...him. No...no. The name of my mystery man was Kaen." I lied. I hated lying to them, but I couldn't let them know the truth. Not now. "Oh good." Ochaco said. "Alright lovelies. I would love to stay and chat, but I'm out of commission for hero work and I was told I need rest. So, I will see you when school starts back up again okay babes?" I asked. "Yeah." They said hugging me again, and again I winced as they left, probably to see Deku as well. My smiled dropped and I looked at the blue flames I copied.

 Kaen...or Dabi...what to do with you...

It took a bit and I had to restart this chapter but I think it turned out fantastic! I wonder what Aratani and Dabi have in store for each other!
