"Okay," Kite began. "This story begins when Blister was a dragonet."

"That is not very surprising," observed Snake.

"Oasis had brought her to a diplomatic meeting with the SkyWings. My mom had been invited. She brought me and Treeline because she couldn't leave us behind alone. Blister had a plan to make Scarlet think that the MudWings were planning to attack her. She was hoping that the SkyWings would go attack the MudWings and leave the SandWings alone," Kite recited.

"Did Oasis know?" Snake wondered.

"No," Kite replied. "We spent some time together, but she didn't tell me her plan, which was a wise choice on her part."

"This doesn't seem that big of a deal. Blister's always plotting," Snake decided.

"However, I figured it out. When I asked her about it, she looked panicked, telling me that it was true," Kite added. "She was really nervous that I'd tell Scarlet."

"Okay," Snake said.

"Over time, she became better at hiding her feelings, but that's irrelevant," Kite explained. "Anyways, if anybody found out, she would be in a strange situation."

"How come?" Snake asked.

"Because she accidentally made it seem like the SandWings were planning to attack the MudWings. Since the SkyWings were allied with the MudWings at that point, they attacked the SandWings," Kite answered. "If anybody found out that Blister was involved in those battles, she'd be in a lot of trouble with the tribe."

"And you could tell them?" Snake wondered.

"Yes. It wouldn't be a huge deal, but it would be problematic for Blister," Kite clarified.

"So, I assume you've got this all under control," Snake said.

"Yes, just don't tell, or I won't anymore," Kite told her.

"I won't," declared Snake, and Kite believed her.
