Marinette and Kagami were walking through the forest, exploring. They had found some sweet, red berries and were picking some. While picking the berries Kagami could've sworn she heard whimpering. Soon they were almost done and Kagami couldn't take it anymore "I swear I can hear whimpering" She said "I've been hearing some things too, I just thought it was me" Marinette replied "We should look for what's making it" Kagami said and they started searching. Kagami scanned the area and she could've missed it but she just barely saw it. A small white wolf pup against the snow "Marinette come here! I found a wolf pup!" Kagami said and the other wolf quickly came over "We should take it back to the den" Marinette said picking up the pup. The two quickly made their way back to the den "Sonia, Chiaki! Come here! We found a pup!" Kagami said and the two came into the main room "A pup?" Chiaki said "Why would a lone pup be out on its own?" Sonia asked "Maybe it's parents abandoned it" Kagami said "We should get the others so we can have a larger group to search in case there are more pups" Sonia said "I'll stay here with the pup" Marinette said "I'll stay to" Kagami said and Sonia and Chiaki headed towards Makomo and Sabito's den. They entered the den and called out "Makomo, Sabito! Kagami and Marinette found an abandoned wolf pup!" Sonia said "A pup?" Someone said and Sonia saw that it was Annie "Why are you here?" Chiaki asked "We invited them to stay the night" Sabito said "But you said you found a pup?" Makomo asked "Yeah, we were thinking of getting everyone to help search for any more abandoned pups" Sonia said "I think that's a good idea, there are predators out there, if there are pups we need to save them" Rin said. "I'm definitely in" Annie said "Really? I didn't expect you to want to come" Sonia said "Well, Makomo and Sabito were right, we need to trust each other, trusting each other starts with working together" Annie said. 'Then it's settled, we'll search to see if there are any more wolf pups" Sabito said and they all set out to search.
