Annie and Futaba had gone to Annie's treehouse and were going back to where everyone else was, weapons at the ready to kill the shadow wolf. They soon arrived and they crept quietly towards the shadow wolf as to not wake Sonia. "Let's do it" Annie whispered and Futaba nodded. The two lunged at the shadow wolf and slashed it with the swords they had. It screeched and the sound woke up Sonia "What are you two doing?!" She yelled "Getting revenge against these things for killing Rin!" Futaba replied and slashed the shadow wolf once more before Sonia tried to stop her. Sonia couldn't stop both she wolves at the same time and Annie ended up killing the shadow wolf. "Why would you do this?! I was studying it!" Sonia yelled and eventually everyone in the building came out, even Kagami who had left Suki to check what was going on. "Those things are why Rin died, I had to get back at them" Futaba said "Killing the shadow wolves won't bring Rin back" Sonia replied "But at least I did something to get revenge for her" Futaba said "You killed the shadow wolf? I didn't know they could be killed" Sabito said "I suggest we should leave Hitch, Futaba you can come with us if you want" Annie said starting to walk away Hitch sighed and followed Annie. Futaba ended up following them and the three of them left. Chiaki walked up to Sonia "You should get some sleep, you've been watching that thing every since it appeared here, now that it's gone you should sleep" She said and Sonia sighed "I guess so..." She replied and went inside, taking one last look at where the shadow wolf was.
