Megatron smirked as he looked at the earth but then he sighed and his smirk faded. "Shame the Autobots and Humans will be so easy to kill without a leader..." Spinister turned around, "Indeed my lord. Almost no fun to be had here." Cyclonus giggled, "The troops are ready sir. All waiting on you to pick a city." Megatron's evil smirk returned as he looked at the map, "I have a few ideas. Send small groups to Tokyo, Japan. Then Moscow, Canada, Africa, and finally so we can strike the Autobots: San Francisco. They'll never expect it... Begin Operation: Earthfall!" Everyone nodded, "ALL HAIL MEGATRON!" The attacks had begun. Small groups of grunts landed at the other countries, blasting and destroying many of the cities and people. Megatron smirked as he walked to an outer deck and into a pod. He guided ot with the others of the army to San Francisco.

GI JOE and TRF were responding to the attacks but were almost overwhelmed had a few Autobots not stepped in and helped. Duke notified Autobot City as Ultra Magnus nodded, "Autobots prepare to-!" Charlie and Buster ran in, "Ultra Magnus sir!" Charlie shouted, "San Francisco! Megatron's in San Francisco!" Everyone gasped in fear and shock but Magnus kept his cool. "Then that's where we're going. Armor up humans! We leave now! Prowl, open the ground bridge for the Outskirts of the city." Prowl ran and punched in the coordinates.

Megatron landed and left a crater at AT&T Park as he and the other cons started blasting the city. "Destroy... Destroy..." He kept blowing up building after building and disintegrating person after person, "DESTROY! DESTROYDESTROYDESTROY! LET NONE STAND AGAINST YOU!" He shouted as Spinister flew at some choppers and shot them down. Thrust fired some missiles at buildings as they exploded and fell into one another. Sky Shadow rolled his tank part out as his jet counterpart flew to the skies bringing down Air-Force jets. Magnus and the Autobots arrived as they all ran and started fighting against the cons. "Protectobots! Prowl! Bumblebee! Take the Humans and start evacuating and rescuing as many as you can!" They nodded as Prowl pulled out his rifle and shot down a seeker. Bee fired a missile as Charlie dove for cover. Buster panted, "I hate this!" Kicker ran with a machine gun and fired at the cons, "Where the hell's Ironhide when ya need him!?"
Spike threw a grenade as a vehicon caught it and it blew up in his face, "Cut the chatter guys! Start Search and Rescue now!"
Carly rolled to safety as Verity ran with Ironfist. A missile almost hit Carly before someone stopped it. The bot looked almost exactly like Optimus as he shouted, "Keep pushing forward Autobots! We gotta save the humans!" Buster looked at the bot, "Pyro!? Why do you look like Optimus!?" Pyro turned and got shot down. Moonracer ran and threw a piece of a building at the seekers as she helped Pyro up. Verity and Kicker ran to the BART station as they helped the humans get on emergency evacuation trains. A Decepticon minicon ran in and began firing at the humans but Kicker and Verity fired back. They got it in the head as it fell down, "Keep moving damn it!" Verity shouted and looked around. She shook her head and almost fell down before Kicker held her up, "Nonono! Don't shut down now!" She shook her head, "It's just like last time... My family..." Kicker shook her and made her look at him, "No. It isn't. The Autobots are here now. And we're gonna stop this. That was the last of the trains to leave. Now let's get topside and SAVE THE FUCKING WORLD!" He smiled as Verity nodded and cocked her wrists, "Let's blow shit up." Kicker nodded and ran outside with them. Ramjet transformed and blasted Gears to pieces. Someone shot down a seeker as Blastoff rose a metallic brow, "What the hell?!" Thundercracker rocketed in and tackled him as Motormaster growled, "Traitor!" Thundercracker turned and fired at him and the other cons. He ran and jumped as he grabbed Ramjet and bodyslammed him into the ground. Megatron fired at several tanks as they exploded. Warpath turned as Megatron walked through the fire. It began to rain as thunderbolts crashed against the ground, Thundercracker glared at Megatron as the humans and Autobots loaded their weapons up. Megatron turned as he punched Highbrow into the ground. He crushed his head and blasted his chest to pieces. Pyro looked at Magnus as he grumbled, "AUTOBOTS! ATTACK!" everyone started to fire at Megatron as Magnus transformed and drove at him. Megatron growled and fired his cannon at a building as it blew up and started to fall on the Autobots. Magnus transformed and punched Megatron down. The gladiator got up as he kicked him back and then blasted Magnus in the chest. His armor took the brunt of the blast. Thundercracker rocketed out of the rubble as he punched Megatron back into a parking garage. Kicker got the others out of the rubble as Spike got up holding his side. Carly looked around as she grabbed her gun and started to shoot at Megatron. Lugnut transformed and landed as Blitzkrieg aimed his gun at them. Ricochet was about to reach out for his target master but Overkill held the minicon as she smirked at Ricochet. Megatron held Thundercracker as he threw him down in front of the humans. Duke panted as he looked at Thundercracker who hung his head, "I'm sorry... I only wanted to help-" Megatron stepped on his head as Thundercracker grunted in pain. Megatron snarled, "Enough of this..." He pulled his sword off his arm as he raised it above his head, about to bring it down on the humans and kill them. Spike hugged Carly, Bee reached for Charlie, Kicker grabbed his gun as he, Buster, and Verity were about to fire at Megatron until something flew in so fast it was at the speed of light itself. Megatron's sword came down but clanged against something... Or someone...
