Optimus was speeding toward the Decagon as he had some of the Humans with him. When he arrived, Lori, Buster, and Spike all jumped out as Prime transformed and rushed inside. They followed as he stood at the main control panel with Elita, Bluestreak, Skids, Arcee, Starscream, and Hot Rod. "What news comes of the war?" Prime asked
"Nothin' much, sir." Hot Rod spoke, "We got numerous Decepticon attacks but few have been successful. No word of attack on Garrus-9 again... Thank Primus... But other worlds are vanishing by the week. The attacks aren't helping either."
Prime nodded as Starscream shook his head, "Megatron hasn't been seen since the battle for earth. He's been radio silent for days now."
Lori looked up at Skids, "Uh... Have you got any theories, Skids?" Skids looked at her and then at Optimus. The Prime nodded as Skids cleared his voice module, "Negative ma'am. None of my ideas can come close to what we are dealing with here. I've thought of many things. Bombing runs, holocaust-scale industries of execution, and of course Doomsday Machines. None line up." Lori rose a brow, "Doomsday Machines? Like in Star Trek?" Spike was about to correct her to another certain franchise but Buster intervened, "Yeah just like the one Kirk and Spock had to stop in the original series." Lori smiled as Prime chuckled softly. He then sighed and looked at the others, "We should be prepared for the worst... I did not mean for this but.... I have a theory..." Skids began typing out Prime's words down on his tablet. "I found a disturbing truth... Dark Cybertron... The Dead Universe... Megatron's madness... It's all got a core to it... Who among you have heard of the legend of the 13 Primes and the fall of Unicron...?" Everyone was silent before Hot Rod spoke, "Optimus Sir... Do you believe that...HE... Is behind this? All of it?"
Optimus was silent but he nodded almost immediately, "Yes Hot Rod... It all makes sense... There is no evil in the universe like HIM. He is... Darkness... We need to be ready. Triple security and tell all transformers in the universe to prepare for something bigger than Megatron. Bigger than the war could ever be..." he started to walk away before Starscream spoke "And the humans?"
Optimus stopped "I will warn their world's leaders. Of course." Elita and the others all followed him as Optimus pressed some buttons on his wrist. Hot Rod looked at the humans and then back up ahead as they all got outside. They all transformed and drove or flew off to Iacon Center, where they took a spacebridge back to Earth.
Meanwhile... Across the stars and near two large worlds. A scientist was at work before overhearing the commotion outside. She ran and gasped as a guard shouted "CONTACT CYBERTRON IMMEDIATELY! IT'S UNICRON!" The Monster planet roared as he shot his beam down at the planet and went to sink his teeth into the world... Ready to devour it whole...
"PRIMUS... WILL... BE... MINE... BAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAA!"
