Answer: To answer you even though I've said it in the chapters...I've made Giorno stay decently young due to Golden Experience Requiem. Its ability is to give life to inanimate material. Not to mention the endless possibilities and mysteries that Golden Experience Requiem possesses.
He's about 20-22 at this time even though he's lived longer than that (due to GER)
