Sitting comfortably next to his mother, the young boy's eyes were swollen and he was bitterly crying as he missed his mother's company and saw her frail body. The pain his mother endured was unbearable and painful for the young boy to even consider. His mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer, and now that the disease had progressed to its final stages, there was no medication to remove the poison. It was difficult to see her endure all those grueling years by herself while fighting a cruel illness, but she always kept her hardships a secret from her family. Jimin felt like a wretched, powerless son. He clutched his mother's hand as she cracked a feeble smile at her son, who was sobbing like a small child.

Jimin was panting, "Mom, why didn't you just tell us? Why you had to suffer alone all the time? When we all had happy lives?"  Jimins' mother was caressing his palm, "I'm very sorry for the problem, my son, but please don't say anything like that. I also never knew I was ill for all these years I did get it cured many years ago. I never intended to bother any of you; I was doing well until this point. You have to miss the classes I feel so bad my baby."

"I don't care about anything else, Mom, so please stop making me feel so pitiful for once. Your health has always been my first focus. Why do you have to keep anything important from us when we are a member of your family? We're not your kids, mom? Why must you suffer alone?"

"I really didn't want to bother anyone, and believe me, I was doing fine this disease was cured years ago Jiminah. I don't know what truly went wrong; I wasn't supposed to pass away just yet, but I guess it's happening sooner now. You guys are more important to me than anything in this world."

Jimin took her hand in his hand and wiped his tears, "Mom; you'll be alright." he assured.

Jimin and his mother were both crying as they had a meaningful talk. Jimin broke down in tears due to his mother's agony and his concern about being without his mother. When he was at his worst, his mother was everything to him cause of how amazing and thoughtful she has always been to his entire family. He quickly sobbed and poured his heart out into his mother's fragile chest as he clutched her. But his melancholy was interrupted as the door slammed violently and someone who was visibly furious walked towards the bed. Jimin had already foreseen that this wouldn't end well.

"Where the hell have you been hiding I thought you were literally dead."

"Mom I'll talk to you in a while please rest well call me if you need something. I'll be in the hallway."

Jimin dragged his agitated friend out of the room making his mum rest while he has to deal with terror alone and that's what bothered him a lot. They both stood into the hallway sharing a death glare while biting their lips and balling their fist a weird tension building up between the two young adults whose bodies were sweating inhumanely just by the intimidating gaze they exchanged.

"Why must you enter like that Koo?" Jungkook sighs, '"Why must you disappear from the apartment like that?" he questioned while removing his black face mask. "I'm having rough days could you please respect my privacy?" Jimin mentioned.
