"Who are you texting" JJ questions her

Y/n doesn't answer she just continues typing away sending multiple text messages to the one boy that had made her life so much happier

That night of the party the way they bonded was so uncommon to her and probably to everyone else she wasn't with her brother and his friends so Rafe has no idea of who y/n is related too

They both took shot after shot together challenging one another on who can pass out first

"You think you can keep up"

A smile forms on her lips thinking of that night as those memories were flashing in her mind as the butterflies start forming

Sounds of the front door were heard as both JJ and y/n had slightly jumped knowing who was about to come barging in they both didn't think he was going to be home at all today if they had any idea they would've just been at John B's

"Bro let's get the fuck outta here" y/n quietly says before there dad could see them

JJ watches the door frame from where the outside door was carefully as y/n was slowly about to get up just as they both were going to make a run for it there dad had appeared

"Well isn't it my two favorite kids" Luke says with a beer in his hand

They both stay quiet as y/n puts her phone away looking at her feet as there dad was just staring at them both, as Luke was just glaring at them

"Y/n I'm surprised your not pregnant" there father says

"What's that suppose to mean" y/n says as JJ just stays quiet glaring at there father

"I'm just saying I'm surprised you haven't put out yet" Luke says smiling taking a chug of his beer

"Fuck you" she spits

"Or was that because of your eating disorder"

"Dad" JJ now shouts

"What are you going to fucking do about it boy" Luke spits

"JJ don't" y/n threatens

Luke and JJ were just now staring one another down as the smell of beer was on there so called father figures breath

"Alright alright" Luke starts to say before throwing the first punch as JJ dodges it

"Luke stop" y/n shouts as she gets up and tries to break them apart

JJ gently pushes y/n out of the way as punches and kicks were being thrown towards each other y/n was shouting for them both too stop

"I'm your fucking father" Luke shouts as he had JJ on the floor

Y/n punches him knocking him off his feet just for JJ to start breathing again since his hands were indeed wrapped around her brothers neck

Luke didn't hesitate for once second to go straight for y/n as his hands were already wrapped around her neck choking the leaving shit out of her

"Fucking stop" JJ shouts kneeing Luke in between his pants since that was the only way of stopping him

Y/n starts coughing and coughing as her face was red and there were tears in her eyes as JJ made sure that she was okay hugging her tightly never wanting to let her go

"Your a fucking piece of a shit as a father" JJ shouts as he starts helping y/n up

"If you ever lay a finger on her again I will fucking kill you"

Rafe wanted to blow up her phone ask why she wasn't answering and how she had managed to already have him whipped, all he wanted was too make sure she was okay

Sobs were leaving her mouth as JJ was holding her probably talking to John B on the other line of his phone

"Y/n come over" "Are you okay"

She read the messages as it had made her cry even more because all she wanted to do was be in his arms as he had told her everything was going to be okay

Next thing she knew she was making her way up to the roof top of where Rafe was probably drinking waiting for her

Y/n could barley swallow with the bruise that was forming around her neck as her eyes were swollen from the crying and her voice was shaking

"Baby" Rafe says smiling then seeing her face

"Who the fuck did this to you" he asks as his fists start turning white

She didn't want to answer the last thing she wanted was her boyfriend to get into with her dead beat father

'Y/n who the fuck did this to you"

"My dad" her voice says shaking

Rafe starts collecting his things and chugging the last couple of sips of his drink grabbing his keys as y/n tried to stop him

"Baby please" "My brother, JJ did his best to stop him-" y/n starts to Croke out as Rafe stops dead his tracks

But y/n doesn't realize what she just said

"JJ Maybank is your brother" Rafe questions as he starts to shake his head
