"Mom, I'm going to need some help" y/n says through the phone

"I'll talk to him about it" "For now come stay with us"

Rose held the family in the living room as Ward was the only one that had yet to join them as Sarah was confused and for Wheezie she was just on her phone

Ward had knew that Rose had a daughter from a pervious marriage but had only heard stories about her never actually met her

She had talked briefly about y/n but never bad things about her as a young child she was the only one to help Rose out of the awful relationship with the baby daddy

"I gathered you all here because my daughter, y/n will be joining us just for a few days" Rose says looking from Ward then the two girls

'You have a daughter" Sarah questions

"Yes" "She's been at college for a bit now and she'll be staying here for a couple of days" Rose responses with

Wheezie and Sarah both exchange looks from one another

"I didn't realize our house was a hotel" Sarah spits

The cons of having her daughter here were the memories Rose had shared with y/n's father abusing her when she was pregnant with her

The countless of nights where he would accuse her of cheating left and right the nights he came home drunk wanting to have sex when she didn't

The day before she found out she was pregnant the night they had sex wasn't like Rose had wanted to in the first place

Flashback

"This isn't goin to work out" "I want to break up" "I deserve better" Rose was planting ways to break up with her abuser waiting for him to get home the part she had trended the most

He either came home drunk

Or very drunk where he would get aggressive with her

Sometimes even all of the above

She had enough it was time even if she knew that there was a chance her life would end

Just in time he had knocked the door off with his key that was probably scratching the key holder since he couldn't see what he was doing from him being intoscatied

"We need to talk" "I just don't think this" Rose was caught off by his lips attacking hers as his hands were roaming her body

She closed her eyes using her hands to try to push him off but he was too strong the worse part was happening

"Your going to take it rather you like it or not"

Tears whelmed up in her eyes as this part was the longest that she's ever experienced before it would always go fast because she would just give in but now because she knew what was happening and what was going on

She hated every second of it

He left that night and Rose hoped that he wouldn't come back so she did the one thing that she should've done from the very beginning she left

Packed everything

Left as fast as she could

Not knowing that she would have a reminder of him forever

"Rafe isn't even here" "We have a new family member" Rose says looking at Ward

Ward hesitates for a bit then looking at Rose seeing that same sparkle in her eye when they first met full of surviving and hope

"Okay" he says softly pulling her into a tight hug while kissing the top of her head

"Has dad asked about me" Rafe says slowly looking at his sister, Wheezie

She nods her head a simple no

"He actually looks a bit happy with his new daughter and all Sarah is probably in 2nd place now" Wheezie says

Rafe looks at her confused

"Y/n, Rose's daughter" Wheezie says

"Rose has a daughter" Rafe says blowing out smoke away from her

"So I heard Mom and Ward talking about a Rafe" "Who is that" y/n asks putting on a face mask for Sarah

"Be happy you don't know who he is" Sarah says closing her eyes

"My dad kicked him out"

Y/n had paused for a second waiting for Sarah to finish the end of that sentence like she meant to drop the drama on her so called brother Rafe

"It's a long story" "Basically he's a fuck up"

"Sounds dreamy" y/n says while laughing looking at Sarah
