that day, tom, sonic and (Y/N) were on the road again." so, what was the yelling about last night?" sonic asks, tom looked at sonic and sighed. " yeah, dad. why don't you tell him" (Y/N) said in a sarcastic tone making tom sigh with anger. " okay, we're gonna move to San Francisco, become a street cop. but (Y/N) over here doesn't agree with me and wants to stay in Greenhill." tom said before looking at sonic who had a look of anger on his face, " what? why are you making that look?" tom asks in confusion. " you're leaving green hill?" sonic said in shock and anger, " b-b-but why? why would you leave Greenhills?" sonic asks, " this may be hard for you to understand but I have a family to look after and green hills is a small town, it's a very small town " tom replied as he kept his eye on the road, sonic scoffs, " uh, it's not small. there are hundreds of people" (Y/N) said from the back of the car. " that's a small town, (Y/N)" tom argued back. " but it's a perfect town, and people need you. " (Y/N) said making tom scoff, " oh please, I clean their gutters. I jumped-start their cars in the winter. they could call anybody to do that. " tom said. " sure, they can call anybody, but they don't." (Y/N) said before leaning back in her seat making tom sigh, " she's right tom. they call you. " sonic said. (Y/N) sighs before she looked behind the car and saw one of roboink's cars right behind them, " um, guys" she sad but sonic and tom kept arguing, " you're not making any sense." sonic said, " would you calm down?" tom said back. " I don't get it, you come from a great town with great people and by my count, zero bad guys trying to kill you!" sonic said in anger, (Y/N) kept trying to get their attention, " guys" (Y/N) said as Robotnik got closer, " besides, what could be more important than protecting the people you care about?" sonic finished, before a metal harpoon was fire and smashed through the back window making (Y/N) duck as it attracted to front of the car. sonic and tom freaked out as tom kept driving. " I was wrong about you, your not the doughnut lord, your more like the jerk lord" sonic said in anger, " have you noticed the harpoon stuck in our dash!" tom yelled out as he drove to the side making sonic hit the side of the car, sonic clung onto the open door and landed on the front of the car. " sonic!" (Y/N) yelled out. sonic's eye then started to glow bright blue and he looked at tom, " you have no idea what I have been through!" he yelled out, " sonic, now is not the time" tom yelled out, " now is the time!" sonic yelled out as his body started to form electric powers, "I was forced from my home town, my family were murdered and my friend was taken to his lad and died by his hands! I LOST EVERYTHING!" sonic yelled out in anger before he jumped off the car and charged towards Robotnik car before smashing it off the road. tom screeched the car to a stop before looking out the window, " sonic! you okay?!" (Y/N) yelled out before sonic appeared from the smoke, his hands were covered with electric shocks and his eyes were bright blue.. " oh, my god. how are you not dead?!" tom yelled out. sonic looked at his hands as they settled and said, " I have no idea." he then laughed and started doing a little dance before turning to robotnicks car and said, " Is that all you got!?" 

" no, but thanks for asking," Robotnik said from his lab before pressing a few buttons to activate the tank. sonic hears the tank and said" oh boy." " sonic, get back in the truck!" tom yelled out before driving off, " don't have to tell me twice" sonic replied before using his super-speed to the car. (Y/N) watched from behind a small car came out of the tank and took chase, " I think that tank just had a baby" she said as sonic got in the car closing the door behind him. tom kept driving before they saw mine bombs being fired from it. " incoming!" (Y/N) said as tom moved out of the way making the mine bomb hit a car before activating as an electric pulse made the car screech to a stop. sonic sighed before he moved to the back of the van, " where are you going?" tom asks, sonic scoffed as he rolled his eyes before saying, " just drive the car. I'll take care of this. and if I don't make it, just ditch me. you seem good at that." then Robotnik's truck fired more mines at them, sonic jumps and started running towards them as he grabs and throws them to the ground before jumping on two as he skidded across the ground before using a sonic pulse jump to destroy the mines he was on before landing on top of Robotnik's truck. he looked into the lens of the camera as Robotnik looked in shock at what this young human could do. " it's over Robotnik, you're not taking me back to that lab. NEVER!" sonic said before attaching a mine to the robot making it malfunction and crash. sonic ran back to tom's truck and sat next to (Y/N) making her jump. " that was cool." she said as sonic smiled. they both looked back and saw another small robot giving chase, " who is this guy?" (Y/N) said in shock. " you don't want to know" sonic replied.
