Evan sighed as he pulled up outside of his old bosses hangout he knew this day was coming but there was nothing that he could really do after all his boss had given him the money that he had desperately needed and only wanted a favour in return. At the time it sounded like a really great deal but right now he was starting to regret it. Months had passed since he lent the money and he had started to think that maybe his old boss Frank had forgotten about the deal. But judging from the phone call this morning he obviously wasn't that lucky.
He climbed off his bike and headed inside practically unable to see due to the thick smoke that seamed to circulate from the many chain smokers that seamed to hang around as they waited for the boss to give out his orders. The place looked pretty much the same as it always did. The bar was old and always fully stocked due to Frank's unhealthy drinking habbits. The booths that were once light Brown were now practically caked black from the various stains that had built up along the years ,the walls were yellowed due to tobacco stains and the wallpaper and paint had began to peel and chip away revealing the graffiti underneath. Guys in various get ups were slumped around the chipped tables some in an intense card games others chatting or chugging down bottles of cheep beer with a hooker Sat in their laps nibbling and whispering in there ears. Some of the girls were even dancing drunkenly to the music coming from an old duke box that was on its last leg to try and get the men to notice them so they wouldn't go back to there owners / pimps empty handed they had to keep them happy that way they insured that they could be trusted and given more freedom.
"Ahh your here! Good good the boss had been expecting you " Greg, Frank's right hand man muttered from beside the bar as he motioned Evan behind it and into Frank's office. Frank grinned as he sat behind his large oak desk ,a glass of brandy in one hand while the other was wrapped around a practically naked woman who was clearly enjoying the effects from what ever drug Frank had supplied her with as payment for her services.Frank definitely hadn't changed in anyway from the last time Evan had seen him. His hair that had once been a thick dark brown was now streaked grey and thinning slightly, his face was in his usual scowl when things We're not going his way and his thin body was covered in one of his many expensive Italian suits.
"Sit "Frank ordered, tapping the girl on her thigh she stood and stumbled giggling to herself out of his office along with Greg. "It's good to see you Evan it's been a while I hope you have been well?" Frank spoke looking at him with a slightly softened look before his usual business face replaced it making his eyes harden once again. "Anyway let's get down to business" he ordered."Now as agreed you owe me a favour! It so happens that I wish to collect now. my business hasn't been going so well lately and I recently found out one of my men has been stealing from me of course he's learnt his lesson ."Frank chuckled darkly taking a large swig from his glass topping it back up with a bottle from the draw of his desk. Evan knew that the guy was probability dead by now if he wasn't ,he would soon wish he was no one ever dared to cross Frank you see Frank liked to play games with those who had done him wrong he would go after whateover or who ever you cared most about if he had to ,nothing really bothered him and it steamed like he didn't have a weakness.
"So what exactly do you need me to do?" Evan asked, expecting to have Frank order him to do a delivery of drugs or weapons to various people, maybe to even rough a person up due to late payments after all it was all stuff he had done before due to the fact that he had worked for Frank when he was younger and was always eager to please him. However when the next sentence left Frank's mouth Evan froze.
"I want you to kidnap this girl for me." Frank grinned widely as he slid a folder across the table to Evan. Frank seamed to like the fact that Evan was so shocked after all his business had taken a whole New turn in the many years that had passed since the young Evan had worked for him. Evan seamed to awake from his frozen state a few seconds later as he looked down at the dark green folder that had been placed confront of him all that he could think of in that moment was 'SHIT' now I'm in trouble!
