(A/N: I know, it's been a long time. The last time I posted was before I started a new job. I have been so busy with studying and gaining work experience. But I'm back, going to definitely be writing more on my days off. Hope you guys enjoy the chapter.)

Mafalda Hopkirk looked stunned at being so suddenly addressed. As though her presence was just simply going to go ignored, like it usually does. She's never really there to do her part. She stopped trying long ago. Fudge and his Undersecretary were shockingly good at finding ways to keep her silenced. Most likely due to how deep they are in Lucius Malfoy's pocket.

Should she speak now there is no telling what will happen. She could lose her job, or Madam Bones could end up investigating Fudge's and Umbridge's dealings with Malfoy. Which would just improve the work environment in the Ministry.

Hopkirk weighed her options before opening her mouth. Completely ignoring the few nasty looks that she was receiving.

"I was placed under strict orders from Minister Fudge to not alert the DMLE of anything concerning Mr. Potter," Mafalda relayed shakily.

"Did you know that Minister Fudge had no legal right to keep any of the information, no matter the adolescent, away from the DMLE for any purpose? Due to the safety issues, which have been proved to be actual issues, by the dementors drifting into the mundane world," Andromeda said smoothly.

"I was not aware of that. In all the years I have had this job, that was never listed in the rules or policies of the job."

"Do you know how old the description of your job is? When was it made for the Ministry or as a job for Ministry personnel only? You may think that it has at least been updated through the centuries, what with new laws and bills being passed a couple times per year or every other year. I can tell you, that the last known update to the Improper Use of Magic happened in the 1800s. It certainly bothers me, as a pure blooded witch, that our own Ministry is behind that of the mundanes by at least 2 centuries of advancement," Andromeda has certainly captured the court rooms attention with that statement. "Had we not been so far behind, we wouldn't have nearly as much corruption. Far less than the mundanes as well even at their state of advancement in every day lives. While still not our level of being able to complete tasks faster, they have definitely come a long way without even a tiny bit of help from us.

She let the room fester with the information before speaking again, "My point, is that out of everyone in this room that believes that we are superior to the mundanes, the mundanes wouldn't expell a child from the only quickly accessable school to that child unless there were proof and only solid proof that that child was 100% in the wrong. Are we, in actuality, going to be worse than the mundanes?"

Meanwhile, in Grimmauld place, Hermione was still making marks on the floor with her constant pacing. The only difference would be the location in which it is happening. Sirius had invited her, her parents and Ron to the floor that he and Ana were staying on. There was a decent study with a couple couches and chairs along with what had been Sirius and Regulus' private library. Many books, ranging from the ones of their childhood and the last add ons of Regulus' adulthood collection. There were some on the dark side but none that were illegal, which surprised Sirius. This had been the first time that he stepped in here since he left so many years ago.

Ron had given Hermione a quizzical look when she hadn't even batted an eye at the amount of books, that not even the Hogwarts library would have most of. It was out of character and it made him wonder if he should also feel as worried as she looked to be. He just assumed that his mate would be fine, he's Harry Potter, what could they possibly do to him.
