"Ana you can't let my kids hear this stuff," Molly interjected.
"The way I see it, Molly. Is that Fred and George are of age , and Ron and Hermione are Harry's best friends," Ana said. "Honestly, you weren't in school during the last war. I would never wish the ignorance and sugar coated bullshit that we were fed on any one, let alone another minor that's growing up with it like I did, that's how my best friend died, Molly. Now let them be informed."
Molly gets red in the face and forces Ginny to leave for bed. Which she did, though very angrily with stomping and grumbling to herself the whole way until they couldn't hear her anymore. Instead they heard the wails of Walburga which Remus went to go rectify. When he came back Ana once again turned to Harry and gestured for him to ask.
"Where's Voldemort? What's he doing? I've been trying to watch the Muggle news," he noticed that Ana, Sirius, and Remus were of the few that didn't cringe or shudder when he said the name and continued, "and there hasn't been anything that looks like him yet, no funny deaths or anything --"
"That's because no one has recorded the findings of suspicious deaths yet," Ana started. "Granted, there aren't any reputable people to check out the shadier parts of the country. Though we all still know quite a lot."
"More than he thinks we do anyway," said Remus.
"How come he's stopped killing people?" Harry asked. No doubt not believing that Voldemort would take a vacay from killing people.
"He doesn't want to draw attention to himself or his merry band of misfits," said Ana. "It would be too dangerous for him to just try and take over immediately. You see, you weren't supposed to survive your confrontation with him. He didn't want anyone to hear about his revival, least of all Dumbledore. But you made it back and immediately told Dumbledore what you saw."
"How has that helped?" Harry asked.
"Are you kidding?" said Bill incredulously. "Dumbledore was the only one You-Know-Who was ever scared of!"
"Thanks to you telling Dumbledore, he got the Order reformed within an hour after Voldemort's return," said Ana.
"So what's the Order been doing?" asked Harry, looking around at them all.
"Gathering intel and working to keep Voldemort from having too much power. If he can't carry out his plans then he can't gain the power he so desperately needs," said Ana.
"How do you know what his plans are?" Harry asked quickly.
"Dumbledore's got a shrewd idea," said Remus, "and Dumbledore's shrewd ideas normally turn out to be accurate."
"So what does Dumbledore reckon he's planning?"
"Well, firstly, he wants to build up his army again," said Sirius. "In the old days he had huge numbers at his command; witches and wizards he'd bullied or bewitched into following him, his faithful Death Eaters, a great variety of Dark creatures. You heard him planning to recruit the giants; well, they'll be just one group he's after. He's certainly not going to try and take on the Ministry of Magic with only a dozen Death Eaters."
"And although it may be a ballsy move, there is a very good chance that if he manages to find a way to distract the Order then he will orchestrate an Azkaban break out to get back his loyal followers that couldn't escape conviction," said Ana. 'Not that I'm going to tell them that it's being handled, Molly would probably have an aneurysm at the mere mention of my plan,' she thought.
"So you're trying to stop him from getting more followers?" asked Harry.
"We're doing our best," said Remus.
