No One's POV
Ink stood there, staring at the entity inside the tank. There was Error, entirely unresponsive, and he had been that way for almost an hour now. Ink had to admit, it was hard. To see him that way, knowing he wouldn't be able to talk to him, to hear him. It was almost like seeing him in the hospital, it was hard.Sci walked in and noticed Ink in the same spot and position he had been in for the past hour, frowning slightly. He could tell Ink had grown attached to Error, even if they had only know each other for about a month now. "I-Ink? He's not gonna g-go anywhere if you leave.." he said, getting Ink to look at him "I know. I want to stay here with him" he responded, giving Sci a reassuring smile. Sci sighed in response "Why not i-invite Dream and Blue over? T-that way you're not a-alone..?" He suggested, despite not exactly liking having the hyper skeleton, or Blue, in his lab-
Ink shrugged "I suppose I can.." he said, pulling his phone out and searching for the contact. Sci smiled to himself as he walked out. As much as he hated the idea, he'd do it for Ink. He understood his situation, and he needed the extra support. And Sci definitely couldn't give that to him.
Ink dialed Dream and held the phone up to his skull, keeping his view on Error. He picked up shortly after, answering with a quiet "Hello?". It was possible to hear Blue in the background, and Ink could only guess he was either on a sugar rush, or was burning food. "Hey" Ink responded, knowing Dream had yet to save any contacts in his phone. Mostly cause he was 'busy', or that was his excuse anyways-
"Oh, hey Ink! How's it going with Error?" Dream had knew today was the day they went to visit Sci and get work done, and he was curious to know how it went "Uh, pretty well right now. He's in the process of resuscitating him, so I'm pretty much by myself. He told me to invite you and Blue over so I'd stop just staring at him, but I don't want Blue if he's on a sugar rush-" he explained with a giggle at the end. Dream chuckled "No no, he burnt his tacos so he's just screaming all over the place-" he explained, looking at Blue and telling him to chill and that they were going to spend time with Ink. "We'll be there in a couple minutes" Ink nodded to himself, they said their goodbyes, and hung up. He sat on the couch as he waited patiently for his friends to arrive, watching Error again.
