*The Birth of our Baby*
So, the day has come. Today is May 8, 2023. Our baby will be born today. It turns out that Eric and I will be having a baby boy. We've decided to name him Theo Jaehyun Nam. His middle name is his Korean name. We chose the name Theo because I just like the name. It's a nice name. Eric agreed to name our baby Theo, and then we chose a Korean name we both liked. We chose Jaehyun. The birth took 12 whole hours and at 11PM on May 8, 2023 our baby Theo was born. I'm exhausted from giving birth to Theo, but our baby is here and healthy. That's all that matters.
"Hey, buddy." Eric said to Theo.
"He's handsome, isn't he?" I asked.
"Yeah. He's gonna be handsome when he grows up." Eric said.
"For sure." I said.

Eric and I had released our song last month and now our baby Theo is here. Eric will be taking a break from work to help me take care of Theo for a few months to a year. Eric will be starting his hiatus from music starting today to take care of Theo. Theo was born in the Los Angeles city hospital. We take Theo home with us and we are gushing over how cute he is. He's the cutest thing in the world. I never knew I could love something as much as I do. There's something about motherly love that's stronger than any other love in the world.

I decide to give Theo to Eric while I go take a nap. I need to rest from 12 hours of giving birth.
"Leave it to me, babe. I'll be the best father ever. My fans finally have a reason to actually call me daddy." Eric said.
"Oh my God, stop." I said, laughing.
"Well, I am a daddy now." Eric said.
"Pfft." I said, still laughing.
Then, I go to the bedroom to take a much-needed nap. My nap lasts around two hours. Then, I come out of the bedroom to see Eric bottle feeding Theo. Once he finishes bottle feeding him, he rocks Theo to sleep. Wow, Eric is actually great with kids. That makes him 10 times more attractive. A man who is good with kids makes him so attractive, like hot damn.

I join Eric on the couch.
"How's our little Theo?" I asked.
"He's fine. He fell asleep so easily." Eric said.
"That's good." I said.
"We're officially parents now. It feels weird." Eric said.
"Yeah. I never expected to be a mom at 19." I said.
"I never expected to be a dad at 33." Eric said.
"They say life is full of surprises." I said.
"It makes me wonder what's next." Eric said.
"Me too." I said.
Eric takes Theo to the nursey and puts him down in the crib. We allow Theo to get some rest while Eric and I plan our wedding. Now that we have Theo, we would now want to plan on when we'd like to get married. Eric is truly my soul mate, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

Later that same night, Theo wakes up screaming his head off. Eric wakes up suddenly to see what's wrong with Theo.
"Hey, buddy. What's wrong?" Eric asked.
"He might be hungry, or his diaper might be dirty." I said.
"Okay. Let me check his diaper." Eric said.
Eric lays Theo on the changing table and sees that his diaper is dirty. Eric takes out a new, clean diaper and changes Theo. He stops crying once his diaper is changed. Then, Eric lays him back down in the crib.
"He's okay now?" I asked.
"Yeah, sound asleep." Eric said.
"Okay, good." I said.
"Night, babe." Eric said.
"Night." I said.

The next morning, I wake up in a little less pain than I was in yesterday. I go into the kitchen to see Eric cooking breakfast. I wrap my arms around his waist as he's cooking.
"Morning." Eric said.
"What's on the menu for breakfast?" I asked.
"Galbi, bean sprout rice, spicy stewed fish, cold cucumber soup, seasoned kelp, and radish strip kimchi." Eric said.
"Ah, we're having a traditional Korean breakfast then." I said.
"Yup." Eric said.
"Keep it up, my little chef." I said.
"Breakfast should be ready in a bit." Eric said.
"Okay, I'll just watch some TV in the meantime." I said.
Eric finishes cooking breakfast. I go into the nursey to bring Theo out and put him in his high chair so he can have breakfast with us. Theo is just a newborn, so the only thing he eats is formula and breast milk.

I finish eating before Eric, so I go ahead and breast feed Theo. I sip some water while doing so because breastfeeding makes me thirsty. I finish feeding Theo, then I'm at a lost what I should do next.
"What do you wanna do today?" I asked.
"I dunno." Eric said.
"Maybe we can spend a day in, playing with Theo and stuff." I said.
"Great idea." Eric said, "Oh, I was looking at wedding venues here in LA, and I think I found our place."
"Oh, show me." I said.
"It's called The Ebell of Los Angeles. It's got a beautiful venue. I think it would be a perfect place to get married." Eric said.
"Ooh, that place is pretty." I said.
"I'll book them for our wedding then. When will we have our wedding?" Eric asked.
"That's a good question. Hmm." I said, thinking.
"What about somewhere between our birthdays. Since they're a week apart." Eric said.
"Oh, that's great. So, November 13." I said.
"Yeah. Our wedding will be on November 13, 2023." Eric said.
"I'll work on creating wedding invitations." I said.
"Great, and I'll contact that wedding venue and make a reservation for November 13th." Eric said.
"Sounds good." I said.
With that, Eric and I have planned when and where our wedding will be. The next step is finding the perfect wedding dress. Then, I need to figure out who will be my bridesmaids. I still have 6 months before our wedding, so I have plenty of time to think about it.
