He told me to dress casual which I wasn't use to but I was game.
I insisted on driving myself but by the end of our conversation he managed to convince me to let him pick me up. I waited outside as he pulled up in his white porsche, he got out the car and walked around the passenger side opening my door. He was wearing track pants and a regular shirt, simple but it worked for him very well "Ms. Rivers, good to finally see you" I smiled and thanked him as I got in his car.
"Please tell me your not gonna call me by my last name all day" I said as he got in the car and he laughed "I won't I promise" I cleared my throat "So you told me to dress casual so I'm assuming we aren't going for dinner" "That's boring regular date stuff, I thought we can have some fun today" I raised my eyebrows waiting for him to tell me what we were doing "and don't ask, it's a surprise" I sighed Rolling my eyes, I really hated surprises.
"This is not what I excepted at all" I said as we pulled up, he had a smirk on his face "I'm all about the unexpected, have you ever rode ATVs before?" I shook my head no and he laughed "You'll love it trust me" and he wasn't wrong.
We rode for hours, I had never done this before but it was such a rush. Definitely felt completely out of my element and this was probably something I would have NEVER thought about doing but it was so much fun and honestly it felt good to do something different.
"How is it that you've never rode but beat me 3 times?" I laughed rolling my eyes "You think I didn't notice that you let me win, pulling back at the turns so that I'd pass you up" he had a guilty look on his face "But be that as it may, I won so you have to buy dinner" he nodded "Okay, I know a great spot just in the city" he seemed excited to go wherever he was taking me so I assumed it was his regular.
"Big Daddy's?" I said looking at the big red sign on the building and he laughed "Don't mind the name Ight, the food is top notch" I was skeptical especially since the building was way downtown and looked run down but since I wasn't paying then I was willing.
He ordered us a couple of burgers and fries and let me tell you, the shit was hitting different "Oh my god" he smiled at my reaction "See I told you" I nodded "Now Nicole, why are you single?" I opened my eyes wider than necessary "So we're just getting right into huh?" he raised his eyebrows "By choice I guess" he nodded "Don't you want to get married?" I furrowed my eyebrows "Well damn what happened to what's your favorite color and when's your birthday?!" He licked his plump lips "I assume your favorite color is green" "And why do you assume that?" I said before taking a bite out of my burger "Because that's the same green bracelet you wore the day I met you and your wearing it today unless it has sentimental value" I looked down at my bracelet forgetting I even had it on "Both....your observant " he smirked "I take pride in it" he said before taking a bit out of his foodand ate some of his food.
