Alexa POV
I was waitressing at the diner, granny needed help this morning.

I was taking back a tray of empty plates and cups and pass them to Ruby when granny walks over to us. "Alexa, do you mind serving that man in booth two. I don't want your sister getting distracted from her work by flirting with him." Ruby looks at Granny offended as I laugh lightly.
"Sure Granny." I walk up to the booth with a small note pad and pen in my hand. "What can I get you?" I ask him. He's new in town, which is odd because no one new really comes here. other than Emma.
"I'd like a black coffee and toast. Thank you." He says. I scribble it down and nod.
"Alright. That'll be here in just... mind watching where you're going." I say to the person that shoves me. they turn around and oh grate. It's Kimberly.
"Oh, look it's broke bitch working the morning shift. Well, I'd like a latte with extra cream and milk." I roll my eyes.
"Well, I'm dealing with a costumer, so you're going to have to wait." I say.
"I don't have to wait. Unless you don't want a tip and lose costumers, I suggests you serve us right now." Kimberly says. Alright, I've had enough of this.
"Listen rich brat, we're not in high school walls and you have no power here. So, either take a seat and wait your turn, or walk your hot-pink heels down the yellow brick road." I say walking up to her face. She just flicks her blonde hair in my face before her and her friends walk out of the diner. I turn to the new guy afterwards. "So sorry about that. Trust me, I don't treat all my customers like that. I'll get your order right away." I then walk up to the counter and pass Ruby the note pad with his order. I then spot Emma and Mary Margret and walk up to them. "Morning guys."
"Morning Alexa. I thought you don't start until four?" Mary Margret asks.
"Yeah well, Granny needed help so I took an extra shift." I explain.
"Morning Alexa, Emma, Mary Margret." I turn my head to see Ammie standing next to me. What the hell is she doing here?
