She served the freshly cooked breakfast on three plate as the footsteps of someone entering the kitchen is heard. Ammie looks up to see her brother Henry sitting down at the table. "Morning Ammie." He says.
"Morning kiddo." Ammie says. It is true to say that Ammie was shocked to she Henry eating at the table with the family. It had been about a week since he had actually sat down with her and Regina to enjoy breakfast, dinner or any meal of the day.
The noise of Regina's heel walking towards them alerted Ammie to make coffee for Regina. Regina walks into the kitchen and smiles. "Good morning. Is that Ammie's traditionally breakfast?" Regina asks taking a seat at the top of the table as Ammie passes her a plate and the coffee. "Thank you Ammie." Regina begins eating along with Henry as Ammie sits down to join them.
"Ammie, you'll never guess what happened the other day." Henry says, remembering something important.
"What is it?" Ammie asks. Henry glances at Regina and looks back at Ammie, giving her a look. That's when Ammie knew what it was about. Operation Cobra. "Tell me while I'm walking you to school."
A shock expression appears on Regina's face, she was unaware of this arrangement Henry and Ammie made. "Don't you have school? It starts before Henry's, and you're not ticking again Ammie Mills." Ammie looks down slightly, her hands started fiddling with her skirt.
"I got suspended." Ammie mumbles and with hearing that Regina's eyes widen with anger.
"What!? Why?!" Regina says furiously.
"Kimberly told her dad and the principal that it was both me and Alexa that organised the fight and we ganged up on her. While Penny was trying to help her, I dragged Penny into the fight." Ammie explains. Regina's hands ball into a fist and her eyes narrow.
"Hurry up and finish your breakfasts and then Ammie call Alexa. We'll pick her up before dropping off Henry at school. I need a word with that principal of yours." Regina says, her tone was one that gave off the 'don't annoy me' vibe.
They all finished their breakfasts and Ammie called Alexa, who was dressed and working at Granny's this morning. She took an early shift to make the time pass by. They all got into Regina's car and Regina drove to Granny's diner. Alexa come out and gets into the back of the car, sitting next to Ammie. Regina drives off and towards Henry's school.
