05:00 in the morning; Ammie hurriedly sits up in her bed, sweat on her forehead and panting. She runs to the bathroom and turns on the tap, splashing cold water on her face before gripping on to the sides of the sink. Her breathing was short and heavy. She looks up in the mirror and for a slit second she sees a figure in the mirror and walks backwards in fright.

Regina woke up sensing something was off. She got up and put her dressing gown on, opening her door and walking to Henry's room as it was the closest. She opens the door and smiles when she sees Henry sound asleep in his bed. She lightly shuts his door and walks to Ammie's room. She opens the door, the smile still on her face but that quickly dropped when she saw that Ammie's bed was empty. Regina then notices the bathroom light was on and walks up to the bathroom door.
She knocks three times. "Ammie, are you in there?" Regina asks, but there was no reply. This causes her to worry and pry the door open. She gapes in fear as Ammie was now lying on the ground, unconscious. "Ammie." Regina yells, running to her daughters side. "Ammie, can you hear me? Sweetheart? Please answer me!" Regina says holding Ammie's shoulders.
"Mum. What's going on?" Henry asks, walking to the bathroom door.
"Henry, go get me the phone. Honey quick." Regina says still panicking. Henry does as Regina says and runs down the stairs, grabbing the phone. He passed it to Regina and she dials the hospital number.
"Hello this is StoryBrooke hospital, how can I help you?" The office lady says over the phone.
"It Madam Mayor." Regina says.
"What can I do for you Madam Mayor?" The lady asks.
"I need an ambulance. My daughter's collapsed." Regina explains.
"Alright, we'll send one right away." The lady says before hanging up. Regina puts the phone down and looks at her daughter, grabbing her hand.
"Is Ammie going to be ok?" Henry asks.
Tears of worry rolls down Regina's face, not looking away from her daughter. "I don't know." She mumbles to herself.

The next day, Alexa is in Granny's, grabbing a coffee before school. She then sees Mary Margret and Emma and walks up to them. "Morning." Alexa says.
