Shaddow glows from the corner of the room,
Mourners putting flowers at the foot of each tomb. When it gets bright on moon lit days,
You won't go out to view the dilly of graveyard plays.Yellow eyes watching from the dark you start to find,
Tiny insects crawling on your skin but it's all inside your mind.Children with masked faces running around being rude,
Scaring passers by and asking for sweet food.Watching behind yourself with bated breaths,
Making sure on that dark road they're no threats.Listening if footsteps are behind you in the dark,
Though nothing is at your gate dogs begin to bark.At the edge of the boardwalk you keep your toes stuck,
Water monsters getting a bite of your feet is within your luck. And you start to keep your eyes open in the shower,
Shutting them will give the horror views power. And when the light shines before you're dead,
You finally realised all along it was in your head.A.Gordon
