Goodnight mom, I chirped. "Sweety, aren't you forgetting something?" I couldn't help but pout. What do you mean? I already did it, I gave her to you, so you could take care of her, isn't that enough?

Crap, she's giving me that look. "Melissa...Buneary needs to rest, and since she's still a wild pokemon, I can't leave her walking around the house. Why don't you two get to know each other first? You can decide in the morning then if you want to keep her, or not."

Uugh, fine, I said exasperated. I guess it can't be that bad if it's just one night. Mom hands over the Buneary, and I take her to my room, and put a pillow on the floor for her to sleep on. Crap, she's looking at me now.

"Bun?" Look, I don't know how much you can understand me, but I'm going to sleep, and first thing in the morning, you are getting out of this house. Capeesh? Instead of getting in understanding, Buneary just looked like she wanted to leave now, and pointed at the windows.

"Bun, Bun!" Sigh, You can't go out now, the sun is about to set, and lots of trainers might try to catch you. I'm no expert, but I doubt you're a common sight around here. Buneary then looked more angry then before. "Buneary!" Look, I'm sorry, but whoa!

Buneary leapt into the air, and uncurled one of her ears to hit me. I barely moved my face out of the way in time. So it's going to be like that huh? Bring it on. I looked around my room to find anything to hold. The closest thing was my purse, and Fannypack. My money was in there, so I grabbed the Fannypack instead.

Alright you wooly thing, I guess you didn't learn your lesson from last time. I swung the fannypack just as Buneary jumped at me again. Like swinging a baseball bat, except I missed. At the last second, Buneary twisted her body to be just under the swing.

She's good, I'll give her that, but let's see her dodge... "Melissa, that's enough!" Ih? "Honestly I expected better, and Buneary, that's my daughter so you go to sleep, and we'll settle this in the morning alright!?" I never felt so chided in my life.

Why was I fighting a pokemon anyway? Was I trying to get myself, hurt? I caught Buneary by surprise last time, but aren't pokemon usually pretty strong? Even the bruise on her head is gone now, and Something tells me the medicine only did most of the work to heal that.

Crap, mom's giving me the look. Sigh, I'm sorry mom, it won't happen again. She raises an eyebrow. I look where she's gesturing. Dangit. I'm sorry too Buneary.

"Bun..." Buneary says downcast. Uhh...apology accepted? I turn off the lights, and we head to bed. Little did I know of what's to come. Yawwwn, Where? Crap! I'm Misdreavus again.  Well at least it's not permanent, for whatever cold comfort that is. At least it can't get much worse, I start to say, but immediately covered my mouth with my hair.

Frick, that was too close,  I almost jinxed my "Aaaaaahhhhh!!!" self... "What the f#*& is going on!? Why are you in here?! Where did you come from?!" Buneary leaps at me to deliver an aerial pound with her ears, only to fly through me, and nearly crash into the wall.

I catch her with my bangs, just before she lands face first. Unfortunately she continues to try to hit me, but to no avail. "Let me go you specter!"

Shhhhh, I come in peace, I was just "passing" through alright? Buneary stares cautiously at me, as if not getting the ironic joke.

"But your a ghost type, you feed off the life force of the living." I feed off of fear Buneary, and you gave me enough to last me the rest of the night. I retorted. "Well if you had your fun, get out before you wake the human up. Then we'll both be in trouble." You were the one that almost crashed into the wall, I muttered.
