Don't speak!
They shushed at me.
Family, friends and foes.
I must not speak the truth.
For my mind is hurting,
And my words bring shame.
Don't speak!
My eyes are shut.
My mouth is zipped and my lungs are cut.
From these burning truth.
That must never be heard!
